Sasuke only had two shots with the Chidori before he was out of stamina. He used both to get in and then out of Gaara's Sand Barrier. Gaara would have raped him, even without Shukaku, it Sasuke couldn't use the Chidori any more.

Gaara would have won. It was amazing that Sasuke managed to touch Gaara. Sasuke gave Gaara his best shots at the start of the fight. The fact Sasuke didn't win there and then meant it was all over for Sasuke.
Gaara would have then simply attacked the worn out Sasuke & after some playing, would have killed him. We saw how little Sasuke had in the woods, he had a few minutes left and that was it. Gaara FTW!!

Because Sasuke had pretty much beaten him before Kankuro and Temari took him away, If Gaara wouldn't have been able to use Shukaku than how was Gaara supposed to win?

Well it would've been Gaara with difficulty. It's not fair fighting a person with high chakra and tons of sand to attack and defend. If Sasuke would've transformed into Cursed Seal Mode, it would be a different story.

What are you talking about, Sasuke Penetrated through that sand ball with the Chidori. Gaara as far as we know may not have learned how to make more sand yet. Read the OP, He is the one who said No shukaku not me. If he has Shukaku then yeah he would win but if not then he would lose.
