I meant Lee's speed after he took off his weights. Gaara still couldn't keep up with him. Combine that speed with all of Sasuke's skills, Sharingan and Jutsu. I think Sasuke has a big chance of winning.

Sasuke would have lost. not to hate on his ability, but after two chidori, he was like half wasted. given the fact that Gaara was at that time a jinchuriki and able to tap into greater power, Sasuke was lucky to walk away.

It's funny that in the Manga once Garaa got hit he was broken out of his transformation and had to be carried away. If they didn't interfere Sasuke could of done another chidori and ended Garaa.

But since the thread is Gaara w/o Shukaku, there would be no transformation, therefore there would be no ball to initiate the transformation. With meant no free hit for Sasuke.
