Alright...
Ninja- A shinobi, either good or bad, who uses things called jutsu, or weapons, to fight for a certain cause.
Chakra- Alright, well chakra is the energy that a ninja uses to fuel their jutsu. It is the combination of physical and spirtual energy. It goes through a person like the blood circulatory system. There are 361 points where chakra can come out of.
Ninjutsu- Ninjutsu is basically and technique that requires chakra, which a shinobi can use to his advantage in battle. Most of the time Ninjutsu is used when a ninja manipulates his or her chakra in a certain way using hand seals.
Elements- The 5 basic elements are lightning, earth, fire, water, and what we are learning, wind. These go in a cycle of which are stronger to what other element. Fire is strong vs. wind but weak to water. Wind is strong against lightning but weak to fire. Lightning is strong to earth, but weak to wind. And earth is strong to water but weak to lightning.
Elemental Ninjutsu- Elemental ninjutsu is basically the combination of Elements and Ninjutsu. Every Ninja has a affinity to certain elements. So, when a ninja combines that certain elemental affinity into their ninjutsu, they can create fireballs, strikes of lightning and other cool stuff *Note- this one was hard for me to explain so sorry if it sucks
Genjutsu- Genjutsu is used to put the opponent in a certain illusion, that can be extremely powerful.
Taijutsu- Taijutsu is a martial art which requires no chakra, and is very useful to a shinobi.
Hum...think of it this way: the elements are Earth, Fire, Wind, Water and Lightning. Elemental Ninjutsu, or Elemental Releases are Doton, Katon, Fuuton, Suiton and Raiton. Meaning that the use of each element is the elemental ninjutsu or release. ^^ Water is water, it isn't the use of it.Alright...

Ninjas : Ninjas are called actually Shinobi's, Shinobis are the millitary power of the villages, The Female ninjas are called kunoichis, Shinobis can be good (Naruto), Evil (Tobi, Orochimaru) or Neutral (Sasuke).
Shinobis always has tools such as Kunais or Shurikens.
Chakra : chakra is a energy which flows with a Persons body, chakra is like a Fusion of Spiritual Energy and physical energy. Chakra lives in every cell of a ninjas body.

Now, on to fuuton. Tell me, wind is strong against what and weak against what? Why?
Give me an example of a wind technique ^^

Wind is strong against lightning, because Wind is known as a natural electrical insulator, but Wind is also Weak against fire, must be because fire is fueled by air.

And wind is weak against fire because wind is what fuels fire. So if you add wind to fire the fire grows bigger. It is weak to lightning because lightning travels through wind, and can cut through it easily

Also, read what you wrote. "It is weak to lihgning because lightning travels through wind"
Wind is strong against lightning, reason being that air is a very bad conductor and is actually a very strong insulator.
Now, questions?
If not we can continue. Both of you sit down, cross your legs and do the focusing seal. Focus on your chakra. Wind chakra is sharp, very sharp. As if 2 surfaces grinding together.
Try making your chakra gain that characteristic. Focus and clear your minds. Describe what your are doing ^^

Okay ^^
*I sit down and cross my legs and make the focusing seal. I clear my mind except for the knowledge I have in chakra, and what I now know about fuuton chakra. I try imagining my chakra as two straight, sharp lines coming together forming a sharp caricature. I see this isn't working properly so I try making it thinner and thinner, then I make them come together in a sharp line, I try making them come together quicker and quicker, making them sharper and sharper*
Enough description? Or am I just repeating everything to many times?
