Channel wind chakra into your hand(s) and swing it towards your opponent, releasing a crescent formed wave of wind chakra, which with further manipulation with the chakra within it, you can control it around like you wish. Also, try to release the waves in a rapid-fire.

-i start focusing amount of wind chakra in my body, then, i channel all the wind chakra into my hands. once im done channeling it, i start swinging the wind chakra towards a tree, releasing a crescent-formed-wave, made of wind-chakra. i start manipulating the wave, making it released in a rapid-fire-​

Okay, let's try over again. Rapid fire means that you release successive crescent formed winds. Or in other words, you just release several crescent formed winds right after eachother. For the manipulating the already released crescent formed winds, it was simply that you can redirect it's course, for example if your opponent was outrunning it you can manipulate it to follow him.

- I start focusing a huge amount of wind chakra in my body, then, i channel all the wind chakra into my hands. once im done channeling it, i start swinging the wind chakra towards the poor clone, and then releasing crescent-formed-waves, made of wind-chakra. i continue to focus wind chakra in my body and channel it again in my hands, then release more crescent-formed-waves. i continue to do so again and again. Description: A powerful technique of wind nature chakra that can cut and slash through any material. The user activates it by summoning chakra in his right hand, and then swipes a slicing chakra wave which appears to be controlled by the users will and thoughts. The next technique is simply releasing a gust of wind at an incoming wind technique which forcefully splits the wind technique in two rendering it harmless. However it can only be done to techniques of it's own rank, and those below. After it have done so, it dies out(The wind.).
