Kisame + Samehada vs Jiraiya

So you think Itachi meant what he said? that him and Kisame both would have died? Itachi wen't to Konoha to check up on his brother, he didn't intend on fighting anyone. If he wanted, he could have killed Kakashi, Asuma, Kuranai, Jiraiya and Sasuke and then captured Naruto, he probably wouldnt even need Kisame. I know Jiraiya is your favourite character and everything but don't be biased. Jiraiya was looking in Itachi's eyes throughout... what is to stop Itachi using Amaterasu or Tsukuyomi instead of wasting it on Sasuke? Jiraiya is strong but you need to realise when a guy is outmatched. And don't underestimate Kisame, I gave Jiraiya the win but at high difficulty.

Lmao is that your reason. Also as its been said in the manga kisame was greatly weakened when he fought gai. Also he didnt have samahada with him.

Lets say both start of in base. From what know from kisame's fighting style he'd quickly turn the battle field into an ocean, which is ideal to him.

How is jiraiya's oil and fire technqiues doing aganist kisame. As i said jiraiya would no dobut need sm to stand a chance and as weve seen kisame merges with samahada alot faster than jriaiya can get into sm.

As i said this battle would be finished off quickly imo because jiraiya would need sm mode to stand a chance and he wouldnt be able to use it.

If you go back to kisame vs bee, take bee out of the frame and imagine jiraiya in bee's place. Thats how the fight would turn out in my eyes

Again, Jiraiya can summon Gamabunta and the other 2 toads way faster than kisame can say "water release", they would keep Kisame busy till Jiraiya get into the Sage Mode.

Summoning techniue. Frogs are great swimmers. and it dosent take THAT long for jiraya to go sage mode. he can summon gama, go into his mouth if he has to and go sage mode. use the frog song, kisame is trapped in genjutus, end game

Frogs?. Kisame can summon his water sharks which would turn those frogs into food in no time. Also those sharks arent real summonings, meaning they regenerate when damaged.

As we saw sm takes long and even if he gets into it. Its most likely that he would be fighting in a mass of water. Kisame isnt losing in his ideal terrain merged with samahada

To be honest, it can go either way, im leaning towardds Jiraiya though. But saying Jiraiya > Itachi + Kisame because Itachi said so is wrong. You need to look at why Itachi might have said it, and the situation he was in at that time.

That guy is against everyone who is not evil, he's sort of a troll without knowing it, so don't pay him any attention, we all know Jiraiya can beat Kisame easily, well at least that's what I think. I won't say anything about Jiraiya vs Kisame + Itachi.

From what i saw jiraiya only summoned one frog and it fought just Cerberus. ALso where did you get the idea that jiriaya's summoning killed the giant bird.

Btw summonings takes a huge portion of your chakra. If jiraiya is sommoning all these huge frogs his chakra would greatly decrease even before the fight started, not to forget in order for him to use sm he has to have a large portion of chakra left to balance out the natural energy.

Anyway we can go through this over and over again and tbh in my eyes if you think logically kisame would beat even before he gets into sm mode.

Jiraya himself can go half frog, so the water wouldnt be a problem for him. And like I said, summon the frogs, they would kill those little sharks easily, and i dont see where it says the sharks regenerate, show me a link where that happend. so again, go inside of gama's mouth. it'll take a few moments to go sage, once in sage mode..done deal.
