I start gathering my chakra and I start channeling my chakra all around me into every drop of raindrops, and the raindrops slowly stopping to drip onto the ground, eventually the rain stops moving from up to down motion in mid-air, causing me to see your clone, then I release it and the rain starts to rain again! o.o

Question: Could this stop any rain technique then? ._o

Good! ^^ No, don't count on it. It would most likely do all jutsus which is the same rank or below rank pretty useless as it could just counter it, by stopping it in the air. And of course, I want to add that if it can, that it cannot overpower jutsus over it's own rank because their are more powerful.

It's like when you learned to create a water sword in you earlier suiton training. Simply create it from the rain itself. Upon cutting something make the water ultilize further causing it to expand, increasing it's cutting ability.

Yeh you can, though it would collapse after you blocked the hit or either cut through the opponents katana. Thus leaving you open for attacks yourself.

The next you are about to learn is more likely a defense towards all non-solid types of rain techniques, and is more or less just normal chakra and no rain included. By forming this row of hand signs *Performs them myself.* and then holdning your hand towards the sky, manipulate your chakra to form an 'invisble' umbrella. Of course, to make it invisble you will have to lower the amount of chakra you put into it, so it's not a dense umbrella.

Anywho by doing so and holdning it like any normal umbrella rain techniques such as Acid Rain(You will learn about this later.), it can block out and leave you unharmed. Though, as I said before. Solid(Dense.) rain techniques, it cannot block and will more or less get destroyed by impact with such a technique.

Theres no diffrent between the next technique and the one you just learned, really. The only diffrent is that you gather water in solid blade forms and bounces them into the clouds where they then fall down, now just in ice.

By channeling a good amount of your wind chakra into the skies(For over three turns.), ''freeze'' the skies and cause hail to shoot down instead of raindrops, and by using your chakra, target it at your opponent. The jutsu though can only hold for a tad whereafter it turns into normal rain again.

Simply by sending a wave of wind chakra into the the clouds, the wind chakra will over three turns, turn the water into snow letting snow fall down upon the field for three turns making the both the fighter's vision harder.

If used without the Hidden Mist skill, it is far less effective.The user makes snow begin to fall from the sky as thick as possible. This, of course, effects both the user and the opponent's vision.
Note:This jutsu must have rain clouds to perform and the snow takes three turns to fall and lasts for 3 turns.
Restrictions:Can only be used three times per battle.
