It happens during their conversation outside one of Oro's research centers after they save Juggo. It's when Sasuke asks what their plans are etc. etc.

okay naruto will own sasgay. duh. anyone with common sense will know that. naruto is stronger than kakashi too. he beat the akastki guy with the hearts when kakashi couldnt and he hadnt went through sage training that. yeah think about that.

As far as the technique naruto is working on now, its probably some type of hurricane based on the name "Hurricane Chronicles". (No that cant be it).<-"sarcasm"
Also, the power itachi gave naruto was to control the ninetails. yeah. remember his trust is to the village. he wouldnt want madara to destroy the village if he somehow gets it out of naruto and he survives.

From what I could understand... Itachi power to control the 9 tails was interesting. Yeap some kind of wind based Jutsu. Cant wait to see what it is...

Yeah I agree, before I'd have never have thought kakashi would lose his sharingan...

but heres a thought, lets say kakashi gets stabbed in his normal eye, well he'll still be blind like in that interview (with kishi) since he's forced to cover up his always active sharingan eye since it drains chakra. That way he'd still be able to fight well.

Although from that one spoiler it does kind of look like pain went for the sharingan, probably to stop an MS attack.
