u kinda of miss sometins,when dey fought hanzo,he was using summons,n it's not easy to fight someone with summon with a summon(as u saw in gaara vs naruto,1st fight) plus u make it sound as if nagato was 3 year old:flaw:,he had already founded d akatsuki n u say Nagato who was only a few years trained with his Rinnegan,yet he had a justu that can kill up to 100 ppl within 2min,plus he was a god no matter how small he was(he killed d ninjas that killed his parents without knowing)
d rest of ur facts are not really accurate,about orichi fightin d 3rd,just shows how strong d 3rd is(he was trained by d 1st n 2nd after all) but in orichi..n sasuke matter that is just lack of wisdom(he thought sasuke will give him his body easily)that has noting to do with being powerfull
jiraya n naruto,God what does that has to do with being powerful we all know naruto has more chakara than anyone so learning it will not be hard for someone who has d 9 tails in him plus he is has a bloodline that has chakara even powerfull to hold a 9 tail(said by his own mum)
d SM is a far different case,naruto had a reason to master it,j man was dead pain was coming to him(a god)but j man had no inspiration back then

well, its a good arguement, orochimaru is one of the most powerful of the 3, but stood no chancee against the uciha. so, they are powerful, but not cmpared to the uchiha, zetsu, pain, etc. and pin actualy used all six paths to kill jiriah, in the end. so, the sanin were, until naruto, the hidden leafs most powerful-est.

I think the problem of these post are that, too many naruto fans watch naruto, kishimoto has been coming with overpowered or god-like shinobis, and we are calling the sannins weak. No mean for disrespect, but dude, the one who posted this thread you sound like a kid in his 13 and 14. You still don't know what powerful is, too much dragon ball z like shit you probably watch. If a character is not an overpowered super saiyan like naruto, sasuke, killer b, a and the third raikage, they're are not strong. If Kishi didn't make him to have godly powers they are not strong. All three of them are considered kage levels. Orochimaru (high kage), Jiraiya (high kage), and tsunade (mid kage).

Orochimaru was given the title, but was later rejected because of his twisted evil ways. Then the third gave it to Jiraiya, but he rejected it, and then he gave to minato. Later after the third's death Jiraiya again was given the title, but denied it and gave it to Tsunade, but no one seems to mind because they know she is strong.

Maybe you were waiting for one of them to make a powerful blast that could take a a whole city to say they strong. Being strong in the shinobi world takes more than overwhelming power. It takes high skills, intelligenge, good chakra use, tactics, great uses of ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu, courage, and discipline. Akatsuki didn't attack naruto because Jiraiya was with him. Why didn't Pein just get out and beat jiraiya like he did to the six tails. They know he's strong. Kisame even said that jiraiya was stronger than him, and we know kisame is probably the fourth strongest in akatsuki after Itachi, Pein, And Tobi. Even Pein said if jiraiya knew of his bodies' secret he would have not won, and what does that tell you.

Akatsuki searched for orochimaru, but could never find him. And Akatsuki would never risk any men to kill orochimaru. The guy is half immortal. 4 tails couldn't kill him, and he had no hands, Sasuke got lucky for plot no jutsu, and yet still lived inside him until Itachi yanked it out of him. and yet he still lives inside kabuto. The third said there was no one who could beat him in the village. Tobi even respected the guy for his knowledge of all things that happened to Madara and Hashirama, and all jutsus and the guy wasn't even born yet. And it has been stated many times in the story that he's stronger than Jiraiya, even by Jiraiya himself.

Tsunade is very strong, she is a kage level, just because kishi hasn't showed a lot from her yet, don't come to conclusion oh she's weak. She beat both orochimaru with no hand and disable manda. Name me how many shinobis in the narutoverse that could take out manda, not many just a few dozens out of 80,000. She could heal a whole village of thousands. Her strength is inhuman, her taijutsu also high. And we have yet to see her full power, or even half of it. Strongest kunoichi in the narutoverse, than if she's weak so is mei terumi (fifth mizukage), and chiyo.

so man your thead is just childish and nonsense. Kishi did state to be a kage you have to be the strongest in the village. So why would kishi made her weak for. If you a kid, you're still need to understand the meaning of power and being strong.

you said Jirayia had no reason to wanna learn Rasegan and that Naruto did and that was your reason as to why Jirayia didn't learn as fast...explain Konahamaru then. yes indeed they are excuses. im not flawing their power but theres absolutely no reason to give excuses on it either. you would have been better off saying Naruto was actually taught how to do it. Jirayia was just explained how to do it. then again im not here to make the argument against me

Id like to Introduce myself im Ichiraku Ramen and before anyone tells me i dont know what im talking about, let me just state i have Read all the current Manga chapers and watched both Naruto series to date and Read all 26 pages of this thread and everyones comments

As for my Personality im not the type of person to yell my opinion regardless of difference of views or being faced by someone who would like to argue and curse at me, if you send a msg like that to me dont expect a reply, i have low tollerance for that.



Now to gush over one person lol , i have Great Respect for you Chaotic Blades as well as some other people on Naruto Base however your the one who inspired me to join up instead of just reading the threads.

you have 3 of the qualities i admire most about people

Naruto: never gives up - just like naruto you have kept replying on all your threads no matter what, this includes dealing with idiots, stubborn people , trolls and Ragers

Kakashi or (original sasuke): Keeps thier Cool - for the most part everytime i see you reply its in a calm manner and ive watched you put up with a lot of sh*t

Shikamaru : intelligance ,thought pattern - when you post, actual thought goes into them and consideration and when your wrong you admit it

As for your Thread you say that the legendary sannin Arent Powerful thier strong ...fair enough, so i would like you to please tell me who you consider "Powerful" from the Narutoverse so we can gauge an appropriate level for the other characters , heres my rough list

1 Madara Uchiha , Naruto Uzumaki , Tobi , Sasuke ,Nagato (and Pain) , Itachi Uchiha

2 All the Kages

3 Legendary Sannin Jeraiya , Tsunade ,Orochimaru

4 Kakashi and the rest of leaf village , Other Hidden leaf villages

Remember its rough and i know ive listed some deceased characters but everyone else seems to be doing it so i thought why not , if you could id like to see where you rate the Akatsuki and ex Jinchuriki because i can not decide where they should go.

I also disagree that Orochimaru is only strong i believe out of the sannin he is the strongest as im sure its stated in the manga that all the hidden villages fear him due to his immense knowledge of forbbiden jutsu which i guess could be used to wipe out any kage since he has killed both the 3rd hokage (Hiruzen Sarutobi) and the Fourth Kazekage
and even after been killed and sealed he still lives on in kabuto and if the readers get bored of kabuto kishi will probably let Orochimaru take over kabuto and come back in his full power.

Those are pretty much powerful ninjas. Akatsuki and the Jinchurikis are listed as that as well. I think they are up there with all of them but a majority of them could beat the Sannin. I appreciate your comment. All and all i don't mind anyones opinion, but I can't people who just come and post nonsense

Nice one but again ppl don't see how jiraya is stronger than orochi(but he is strong no doubt)...to kill d 3rd hokage,sorry to make the 3rd hokage kill himself
(coz it was his justu that killed him not orichimaro again ppl not seem to know that) he had the help of 2 powerful hokage,now to kill the 4th kazekage he had the help of kabuto and bone boy whats his name .......,but lost to itachi(who in turn ran from jiraya),also it took 6 paths to kill j man even after he was dead he still able to move (with the will of fire or sometin)if it was orichimaro he would have to craw out of 30 bodies to survive pain
But orchi is a kool guy,i would even go as far as to say he is the most knowledgeable ninja coz he's still alive,on less if jiraya has one of those justu that we haven't seen bring him back to life.
