well, I wish all could vote, but realistically, this is the number of people who care about how the site is run... I left this up for 2 and 1/2 long weeks for the WHOLE site to see.... everyone had a chance. I advertised THREE times

Realistically, this is the approximate number of people who care about your charter.

If your charter is a bad idea that would negatively influence the site, then you might say the number of people (of the whole site) who didn't vote for it are the number of people who care about the site.

You are incredibly arrogant and pretentious in the way you address a community of people who 1) exist outside the bounds of your narrow field of vision and 2) are probably smarter than you.
