The point of a democratic vote is to give each person an equal share in determining the outcome. If you -- for whatever reason -- are saying that some people's votes don't count, you are fundamentally compromising the ideal for which you are trying to serve.

#1- It is fixed, you are just giving the reason why it's fixed. That doesn't change the fact that you are manipulating the results.
#2- Correct; you did say that you would cancel my vote for voicing what I voted. However, you can not "infract" me for two reasons:
#2a- "Infract" is not a word.
#2b- I am not spamming or breaking any rule of NarutoBase forums.
#3- You can continue to submit negative review on my profile for "spamming" and whatever such non-sense, but the fact is, three mods have gone and countered your negative feedback for my contributions to this thread.
Case in point: You are still power-tripping and it is not within your power to "infract" me for my comments on this thread. They have contributed to the topic, and while you may not "like" me posting a comment, you do not own/operate NB forums and therefor your attempts to "infract" me are illegitimate, ill-conceived ideas that exhibit the undesirable qualities of a leader that were mentioned previously.

Yes, but subtract the two mods out and it becomes 79 (81-2=79) because there was a separate mods voting thread.....42 +37 = 81
