You re-read the manga Sasuke has the Sharingan he can charge against anyone and see their counters. And nothing is said about chakra not passing through Kimi bones obviously Samurai can chip away at em Chidori that pierced Raikage is gonna slice through Kimi.

Chidori will go through Kimimarus hard as steel bones and a Firestyle jutsu will melt his skin off.

Kimimaru will not go down easily though he also has curse mark lv2 and may push Sasuke to his limit.

Go re-read the manga the Samurai's sword cant cut through kimmimaro bones, using a straight chidori would become instant dead for sasuke, chidori sword wont work, only katon jutsus are useful yet sasuke wins this with high-difficulty.

Regular chidori will work if it worked on Gaara without getting impaled by the sand while Gaara was hiding in the sand bubble.

Sasuke's sword bounced off the Raikage but he managed to get his first carparls into the Raikage's chest...(1st finger joint) it was deep but it penetrated.

Once you have a Sharingan moving at speed with your vision blurs isn't an problem cause you can see ish on a whole different level...Kimi can't extend his bones out his body that far and still Sasuke gonna see it and he'll be able to react.

Last of Sasuke's sword uses lighting chakra not just chakra alone...His technique is better than theirs!............Kimi is not gonna beat a post-time skip Sasuke that whole gap had closed by then. Even naruto could have beaten him pre-time skip.
