Hebi sasuke had orochimaru's tech, summons, regeneration, and had the cursed seal LVL2.

Current Base sasuke doesn't have any of those. I think under these conditions, sasuke would still win, but it would be an EXTREMELY CLOSE fight.

Go re-read the manga the Samurai's sword cant cut through kimmimaro bones, using a straight chidori would become instant dead for sasuke, chidori sword wont work, only katon jutsus are useful yet sasuke wins this with high-difficulty.

They did cut it just not through it applied pressure and strenght it'll cut all the way through. And they don't use lighting like Sasuke's his sword technique is better than theirs. You re-read the manga Sasuke has the Sharingan he can charge against anyone and see their counters. And nothing is said about chakra not passing through Kimi bones obviously Samurai can chip away at em Chidori that pierced Raikage is gonna slice through Kimi.
