how is he the weakest hokage/kage?

Even as an old old man he was able to defeat edo tensei Harashima and Tobiarama at the same time, wood element and s-rank water element attacks. So Hiruzen is stronger than the First and Second hokage even with super low chakra and super low vitality/stamina due to old age...

Oonoki would get raped if the first two hokages attacked him at the same time.
Especially if hashirama used his wood element ninjutsu against him like he did against Hiruzen.

People go overboard with that battle. What do people not understand about power scaling? Onoki could have easily dealt with those 2 hokages in part 1 just like Hiruzen because they were nerfed like hell, but in part 2 he'd have a very difficult time and maybe even die because the power scaling went up enormously.
