Okay the 3rd gate is located is located in the spinal cord upper section
- Puts my finger on the spot on your back-
Open the gates and stream the chakra down here increase the flow and forcibly open it.

Since you're a starter even the simplest movements could tear your muscles up when you open this gate. So get injured as much as you can >_>
