I have...all the way to the latest manga where the ship 'Noah' is about to crash into fishman island. One piece is GREAT, but compared to NARUTO WTH.....Naruto's just......too much for one piece to handle. xd
Well, I started with One Piece when it first came on TV about 6/7 years ago? I then stopped about Skypiea Arc and then I started with Naruto when it started.
Started to watch the Japanese Dub about. . erm. . . after the fight of Sandaime and Orochimaru. And well, I continued One Piece about 3 months ago? Finished it in about 1 week and then started to read and now im waiting for next week.
And I have to Say. . . One Piece>Naruto because I just like the Characters more, I even shed some tears, manly tears, at several points. (Not going to spoil anything)
But that's just my personal opinion.

watched some episodes, but not enough for me to make a formal statement. also it kinda looks that way at first, some episodes are quite interesting though, so No idea.
another reasonable opinion. Ofcourse you can say your opinion based on the episodes you ve watched, but not trying to prove that it's right since you can't do it since you haven't watch all...thanks god there are people like you

As I said earlier in this post, there is such stuff in OP. Robin murdered people for 20 years. 10 year olds were killed on-screen. Absalom attempted to rape Nami in Thriller Bark. Don Krieg looted the Baratie. Camie was abducted and sold. Luffy, Whitebeard, Blackbeard, Akainu, Doflamingo, Crocodile and many others have murdered people. Nami attempted suicide. I'm also pretty sure that, if Akainu hadn't arrived, Blackbeard would've raped Bonney, or at least done something like that by the way he was approaching her and touching her.
Actually, Oda (OP mangaka, for those who don't know) did a lot of research on pirates, and some characters have names from real pirates, such as the english pirate Drake, who was known for sinking spanish gallions that returned from America and stealing the gold, treasure and women that came from that land, kindly lent his name to the dinosaur-themed Supernova.
So, there is stuff related to real life pirates. Lots of stuff. If you watched OP, you would know this. Get it?
Guys!!! All those who feel One-Piece is childish, I understand that you are way mature to follow One-Piece and it would be better to stick with your own choices. Do not make unnecessary threads and try to prove your Maturity level is way beyond us.
To all those who love one piece (Like me), do not further involve in such discussions to try and make these "MATURED" guys understand that- "Its more fun to be childish." Its an unnecessary attempt. We shall do what we are best at- "having fun in our own CHILDISH way."
