Resubmitting: I worded it wrong, sorry. The scroll serves as a vessel to shape the chakra from the user in chain-like bindings shaped as the kanjis. When i said it was as strong as s-rank elemental jutsu i meant that it could only be broke by S-Rank or above elemental jutsu, unlike my other chakra based jutsu that are weaker than same rank elemental jutsu, but i reword it. I was just trying to avoid saying how it could be broken or released ^^

Ninpou: Omori No Kei Go | Ninjutsu: The Weight of Strong Words

Description:
A special ninjutsu of the highest caliber that can only be done by those who have excelled in ninjutsu. The user takes out a scroll which he previously prepared by writing a text in Jõko Nihongo (Ancient Japanese) with Hiragana and Katakana scripts instead of Kanji. As he takes the scroll out and unfolds it in air in front of him in a semi crescent gesture, he claps his hands focusing chakra, performing 3 hand seals (Horse+Hare+Boar) and touching the scroll. The Hiragana and Katakana caracters, glow in a light blue color and rapidly converge from the scroll, like snakes, raging towards the target. As they reach the target, they wrap around it like chains and bind its movement completely. This jutsu has a more powerful yet more limited performing method: the user will take a smaller scroll (only slightly larger than his hand) with the same caracters and slam it with his palm on the enemy. The moment there is contact, the rows of Katakana and Hiragana caracters spread across the enemy's body as chains, resctriting his movement. Although faster and having no need for hand seals, this alternative method has the same binding strength as the normal method. This jutsu can be done to restrict anything solid, with equal strength regardless of size or mass.

Note1: Can only use jutsu up to S-rank in the same turn

Note3: Because of the advanced shape manipulation required, this jutsu can only be broken by equal rank elemental or regular ninjutsu or taijutsu

One of the most dangerous moves in Lazy Fist but also one of the simplest. The user focus a big amount of chakra on his palms or foot and does either a strong double open palm trust or a full strong single foot stomp into the opponents upper torax sending him flying backwards. This disturbs the enemy's chakra flow and produces a deep, strong S-Rank illusion. This painful illusion makes the enemy feel as if his lungs and chest were completely crushed in the impact, making him unable to inhale or exhale. This produces a hipoxia-like effect, making the enemy start to feel lightheaded and dizzy, leading to complete loss of conscience. If the enemy looks or tries to feel his torax/chest he'll see/feel as if it was in deed completely crushed, making it hard to decipher/see through the illusion.

Note: Requires Lazy Fist training

~Declined~ While being able to make the opponent feel the pain of asphyxiation, it does not really affect him. I know we could get into a heated debate on the "mind over body" topic (believing so hard you're unable to breath, that you actually do stop to breath), but I will not accept Genjutsus that make you feel a certain emotion, and actually make it happen. It's a line I'm not ready to cross. I remember accepting jutsus that were somewhat close to that, but they were kept within certain boundaries.

Perhaps the strongest of all of the Lazy Fist stances, this technique is a more advanced form of The Dance of The Drunken Haze, using the same Chu Gar (Southern Praying Manthis) stance with the same basic abilities but used to a much higher caliber. Using this technique, the Lazy Fist Master is able to defend any taijutsu or kenjutsu attack (be it elemental fueled or not, since the chakra coating protects his hands and forearms and up to A-rank), as well as up to C-rank small elemental projectiles like with the mentioned technique. However, upon simple contact with the enemy, the user induces an S-Rank Genjutsu by disturbing the targets chakra flow. This Genjutsu affects all of the enemy's senses, making him see the user disappear into a burst of bamboo leafs and hear him run away from the enemy. The enemy will even see and hear small signs of movement in the ground around him, further fueling the illusion that the user has ran with a full burst of speed away from him. This technique serves as the ultimate defense/escape for Lazy Fist Masters.

~Declined~ OP. I cannot accept a technique that allows you to defend against all taijutsu and kenjutsu techniques. Some of them are terrifyingly powerful.

Sorry, my bad. Those were lame submissions. So i'm resubmitting: First one i lowered the effect for what i really wanted to induce: extreme pain. Second one i copied parts from the lower rank technique and explained what i can block concretely.

~Declined~ I thought I was clear, "you'd OD within the first turn and die". Do you realize they shoot adrenaline directly into people's heart when it's failing? That's how powerful a drug it is. You can't possibly abuse it without severe drawbacks.

Description: The user will via nature manipulation transform all his chakras into one of the basic five elements, Fire Release. By doing so, he will only have fire chakra running through his entire chakra system and his entire body, this will forcefully heat his body up to an extreme level where the user most likely becomes resistent to most fire attacks, as they simply do not burn him, making him resitent up to A-rank fire attacks. The heat from the user will aswell numb the user's nerves in his entire body, which will result that he won't even flinch if he got stabbed but simply continue on his movements. Also due the fact that the fire chakra the heart will pump faster, the brain work faster, which will result in him increasing his own speed (3rd gates speed), reaction time, and strength. However, not enough with that, the user will gain extra powers in the fire element, increasing it with one rank. However not only good things comes with power, this jutsu also is having it's downs. As the user will only be capable of using fire release only when this technique is activated, as he simply transformed all his chakras into fire. The user cannot stay in this mode in eternity, this state is limited to four turns, whereafter the user will be completly drained from chakra, leaving him only 1% of his chakra back. Once activated, a M appears on the user's forehead.

I added a restriction to the speed of this jutsu, I honestly don't know what else to restrict without actually changing this jutsu.

~Declined~ You don't get it, I never said to restrict it more, I said to take away abilities. This whole jutsu is a rip off of many already existing jutsu and you combined them together. If it isn't drastically different in your resubmission, I will decline it for good. Just a hint; don't mention the gates, don't make yourself resistant to fire (up to A-rank at least), the whole idea of turning all your chakra to fire was already done too.

(Suna: osoi suna) Sand style: Slow Sand

Description: The use gathers in a huge chakra amount and quickly slams his hand on the ground. Then releasing this chakra unto the ground, the user uses the chakra to bring up the strongest of minerals from the ground. This is spread out up to long range and with an explosion the sand is brought up. This does not change the terrain rather it only brings up the sand. The explosion will only hinder vision for 5 seconds, after that all the sand will drop down to the ground. This creates one foot of sand, with this the opponents movement speed is cut in half, meaning running, zig zagging, etc anything that involves using the sand to move. Because this is has the users chakra, the user does not get slower.
-Can only be used once per battle
-No S rank sand jutsu at the same turn and the following one.
-Can only be taught by Piccolosan

With this bow, the user won't need to perform handseals for shadow jutsu when holding the bow and they can be "shot" from the shadow of the bow by pulling back the string and releasing it which gives regular shadow jutsu the speed of a flying arrow and allows them to reach long range. They can be shot faster if they travel through shadows and can boost the speed of already fast shadow jutsu. This bow also heightens the restricting ability of shadow jutsu. If someone who isn't from the Nara clan touches the bow, he won't be able to move until he is separated from it.
-Can be summoned once per battle
-Only one jutsu can be shot from it per turn
-Must be a member of the Nara Clan to use

It is pitch black with a bladed edge on the front of it and it made of lightweight but durable metal capable of having chakra channeled into it. It was said to have been originally white and gained its dark color by absorbing the chakra of its owners which in turn increases their skill in manipulating shadows. While in possesion of the bow the user's shadow jutsu won't require handseals. They can be "shot" from the bow or its shadow by drawing and releasing the bowstring. The speed of the jutsu shot is increased to that of a flying arrow and is allowed to reach long range. This bow also heightens the restricting ability of shadow jutsu. If a non-Nara clan member willingly touches the bow, he won't be able to move until he is separated from it.
-Can be summoned once per battle
-Only one jutsu can be shot from it per turn
-Each jutsu shot from the bow counts as one in the user's turn
-Must be a member of the Nara Clan to use

Description: The user uses their Iron Sand and grinds their Iron Sand together. As the Iron Sand particles create a high amount of friction between each particle, the friction results in a release of heat that is sustained in the Iron Sand. The heat sustained in the Iron Sand causes it to be dangerous to touch and can burn through rocks (A-Rank Doton).
Restrictions:
~Can only be used twice.
~The Iron Sand sustains the heat for four turns.
~If the Iron Sand touches the skin of a human, it can burn through their skin.
~The user doesn't have to use this jutsu on all of their Iron Sand.

~Declined~ Burn through rock O_~? It would need to be heated up to thousands of degrees celcius to do this, and I doubt you can achieve such temperature with friction alone (not impossible, but you don't have the means to do it).

(Jiton: Rumetsuki) - Magnetism Release: Red Eyes

Description: The user will use their magnetism chakra to create electromagnetic waves that emit an infrared light that can't be seen by normal eyes. The infrared is then connected to the brain cells connected into the user's sight. The infrared light will hit objects and return that information back as an image to the user's brain. The infrared image will show heat signatures. This ability allows the user to view through solid objects and spot heat through objects. This however doesn't restrict their view of objects that do not emit heat.
Restrictions:
~Only usable twice.
~Lasts three turns.
~No magnetism jutsu the turn after use.
~Must wait two turns before reactivating.

Description: The user will hold their left hand to their left eye and begin exerting their Dark Chakra through out their face, the Dark Chakra then progresses their the user's body in a high rush. The Dark Chakra comes from a sealed portion of it in their left hand, inside the Meiton mark of their hand. The Dark Chakra then takes the form of a white mask that seeps Dark Chakra. The Mask adds Dark Chakra throughout the user's body and gives them a boost in their chakra system (due to the rush of Dark Chakra through their chakra system, they can't be put under Genjutsu B-Rank or lower). It is made of a metal found only at the site of the Condor Nesting Ground and this metal has the ability to store Raiton Chakra from the holder. The sword itself has two simple abilities. First it can rank up Raiton jutsu up to A rank meaning A rank becomes S rank, but S rank jutsu are uneffected. It does this by adding in extra Raiton chakra that it has gained from the holder making the lightning stronger and more deadly. Next if used by a person who has a Raiton specialty it denotes the use of Hand seals to one meaning the person must only use one hand seal while weilding this sword to perform Raiton jutsu.
*Can be used by any signer of the Condor contract but can only be added into my bio*
*Can only be used 6 turns then the abilities become void the sword can still be used as a sword*

He has an affinity for Lightning Element and can use the techniques up to what the user know's. He is capable of slamming his hammer onto the ground to activate the earth elemental techniques. He is capable of using the Killing Intent ninjutsu by simply inducing it by a roar. He is also the largest Red Panda summoning and due to his size he can travel across terrain quite quickly. He has thick fur that prevents him from being harmed by C rank and below Ice ninjutsu. He also has good hearing and a kean sense of smell allowing him to find hidden targets even when his field of vision is blocked.

Description: Thor is the King of the Red Panda. He is as tall as Ponta and he bears a large double headed war hammer that has been crafted from chakra metal which enables Thor to channel his elemental nature into the weapon for added power and he carries it on his back. he wields the hammer with his exceptionally large tail. He has an affinity for Lightning Element and can use the techniques up to what the user know's. He is capable of slamming his hammer onto the ground to activate the earth elemental techniques. He is also the largest Red Panda summoning and due to his size he can travel across terrain quite quickly. He has thick fur that prevents him from being harmed by C rank and below Ice ninjutsu. He also has good hearing and a kean sense of smell allowing him to find hidden targets even when his field of vision is blocked.

Description: The user will first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ram - Tiger - Dragon - Horse - Snake and then by manipulating their chakra and placing their hand on the ground the user will then cause the ground itself to begin drying up as water is then forced further down into the earth and causing the top layers of earth infront of the user to crack and cause the terrain to change with pieces of earth rising and falling a few meters which can be used for various strategic means such as causing the cracks to act as drainage for incoming water techniques that flow across the surface or cause the opponent to become unsturdy on their feet distracting them. This technique is also a perfect means to reveal and upturf any hidden underground dangers within a 2 meter depth.
Note: The user can only be used every two turns and a maximum of three turns per battle.
Note: The user cannot perform High Level Earth Techniques of A rank or above the following turn.

~Declined~ This technique is too similar to an existing one. The part where you dry the land from water is just a plain rip off, but the rest is ok. I suggest you re-work it and elaborate more on the ability to reveal hidden techniques/person underground.

Extending Sword is a custom weapon in which the sword absorbs the users chakra and uses it to extend and curve itself. It was made by the first swordsman of the hidden mist for the mitsuo family who used it for themselves.
the blade is capable of reaching lengths equivalent to 80MPH. The mitsuo family passed it down to the first son of all the sons. Mitsuo himself perfected it to where it can travel 100MPH.

Mitsuo refuses to give away his sword no matter what, even to digest into himself so that he would keep it to himself. ( he likes keeping things to himself for some reason >.>)

In order to make sure the blade doesn't get to the user, the user can redirect it to go where ever the want it since it is part of blade that absorbed the chakra.

~All Declined~ I made the mistake of accepting a custom that reach further then mid-range once. It will not happen again. Keep it short range, and maybe mid-range if you restrict it well.

Description:A set of black guantlet and greave-like weapons that use the elements of fire and lightning. When equipped they are attatched to the forearms or shins and at their ends channel the elemental claws of Gilgamesh. They are very versatile.When not in use Gilgamesh can be holstered on the users back.
Gilgamesh's most notable unique trait is it's ability to switch between two elemental states: slow but powerful fire claws, and nimbly weak electric claws. These two states also come with slightly different combo chains, effectively making Gilgamesh two weapons in one. Since Gilgamesh can be worn on both the arm and legs it can be worn however the user wants in battle and changed during battle also. Both pairs of Gauntlets can only use one elemental type of energy at a time so when in its fire mode the abilities of its lightning mode cannot be used unless it will cost more chakra to maintain, in this case one Gilgamesh gauntlet is in Fire mode and the other is lightning mode.

Normal mode
-In this mode Gilgamesh has no special abilities and only used to add more effect to taijutsu attacks e.g. clawing an opponent with kicks and slashes


Lightning Mode
-When in its lightning Mode Gilgamesh has the ability to destroy on contact any earth element jutsu A rank or lower due to its elements nature
-It has the ability in lightning mode to numb the opponent on contact
-It can boost the users speed when worn on the legs in this mode causing the user to move so fast that it causes the user to suffer from slight motion sickness after its used.

Fire Mode
-Able to disperse wind element jutsu A rank or lower on contact due to its elemental nature
-It has the ability to cause second degree burns to an opponent on contact

~Restrictions~
-Switching elemental modes during battle is equivalent to one jutsu used
-Switching between wearing Gilgamesh on arms and legs is equivalent to one jutsu used
-Holstering/drawing Durga in battle is equivalent to one jutsu used
-Speed boost allows the user to evade an attack or get close to the enemy and it can only be used twice in battle
-Destroying either an earth element attack or wind element attack is equivalent to one jutsu used and can only be used thrice in battle
-Jutsu that require hand signs and ninja weapons can't be used while wearing Gilgamesh on the arms
-Cannot stand on water while wearing Gilgamesh on the legs
-Must be a S-Class Ninja or above to wear
-Once worn it drains 2 chakra every turn
-If Durga comes in contact with B rank or above water jutsu while in lightning mode it will shock the user and if it comes in contact while in fire mode with B rank or above water jutsu it will be deactivated for one turn
-When they are using both elements the user loses 40 chakra points each turn
Durga can be worn on one arm and one leg but reduces the effects it has on jutsu only able to counter C rank and below jutsu of either earth or lightning
-Can only be used by Swizzik or any person he gives permission to

~Declined~ Make it 1 element, and take out the part where you can dispel any element up to A-rank with it. Also, why in the world would you receive a speed boost? Please elaborate on the abilities and the power ups that it gives you (+5, +10...etc).

You are forbidden from using your custom if it wasn't posted in your personal custom jutsu thread beforehand.
