An advantage is that it is very deadly, and cool looking but a disadvantage is that it is shorter ranged for greater accuracy

some advantages are that it can be a sneaky attack, because the sharks are coming from underwater so the opponent won't see it coming

some disadvantages are that you have to keep your hand on the water while you are moving the sharks around (or at least that's how I interpreted it) and that you have to be on a body of water while using it

Some advantages are that it is a extremely powerful jutsu, and if I catch someone off gard, like if they were falling, or in a sneak attack, it would be very effective, another is that it can be used mid ranged, and there is not a lot of mid ranged water jutsus
