Description: Mikomi was forged by ancient blacksmiths, the founders of the chakra metal weapons. They were the best and this was the last and the most powerful weapon they created. The weapon his comprised by a blade made of a very special chakra metal, Mythril, that is able to change it shape (but not its mass) by responding to our chakra manipulation. To gain full power of the weapon, the user must infuse it with blood. It requires 30 damage points. Once the ritual is done, the blade will acquire a bluish white tone and the user will have the ability to change it shape.
Due to it's material, Mikomi his extremely hard to break, but so sharp that can cut through almost anything.
*Every time the user wants to manipulate it, he must drop 15 health*
*Can only be held by Keotsu. The sword will became so heavy that the user will have it's bones crushed if he gets beneath, if attempted to be used by anyone else*

Description: After using the first Mikomi no Yaiba, this blade’s predecessor, for years, Keotsu decided it was time to forge his own blade. Keotsu took the ancestral Mythril blade and used its shape-shifting ability to transform it into an ore that he could smelt and form his own sword with. Using a process from his home, Keotsu spent three straight days forging the blade, infusing it with his chakra and life-force as he did so. On the dawn of the forth morning, the blade gleamed in the early morning light, and was completed. Infused with the powers of the previous Mikomi no Yaiba, this blade retained the ability to change its shape, but not its mass, by responding to the wielder’s chakra manipulation – and due to this ability to change its shape, the godly edge that the previous blade held was still present after this re-forging, shown when Keotsu plunged the blade into a sheer rock face and withdrew it, the weapon unscathed. Keotsu’s forging had an adverse effect on the blade, though. It created a type of “grain” on the inside of the light blue-white metal, causing energy to flow from it one-way, meaning that if he was running his chakra through it, energy could not be put into it from an opposite direction, as the blade would act as an extreme energy insulator. Keotsu’s re-forging also had one more effect on the blade: it allowed Keotsu to amplify the chakra he used for his Kenjutsu technique, boosting their strength and allowing him to use the chakra he focused into the blade to use a short-range, splash type shockwave; that is, when swung, after charging chakra, the sword can release a mulit-directional “splash-wave” of chakra that has the same cutting capability and force behind it as the blade when swung. Due to the legendary metal from which it is forged, Mikomi no Yaiba: Mythos’s edge will never dull, and the weapon is indestructible.
*The user can manipulate the blade’s form during battle at any time, but it costs 35 chakra to do so, and also counts towards one of that turn’s three allotted moves.
*The sword can be summoned using the generic summoning technique, but this also counts against a turn’s move, obviously.
*The splash wave requires a charge time, but chakra can be charged while other chakra/jutsu are being used, due to it having a neutral element; thus, it doesn’t create an imbalance within the user’s system. The wave is considered a standard A-rank jutsu, requiring 30 chakra, doing 60 damage, counting against one of the moves in a turn, and it does not receive the +20 power boost that the sword gives to Kenjutsu.
*Can only be wielded by Keotsu. When someone else tries to hold the blade, it will reject their chakra and increase its density exponentially, making it to heavy to be lifted. However, it reverts to its original density when Keotsu is holding it.



It's more of an upgrade than an update, but here are the immediate changes: lowered rank due to forbidden-rank weapons being outlawed; took away the self-damaging nature needed for transforming but increased the required chakra; added a boost to Kenjutsu techniques instead of the sword having an actual damage value; addition of A-ranked chakra wave;added the ability to the sword that it can be summoned to the user.

And just a quick question: if the upgrade is declined, I get to keep the original Mikomi, correct? o.o

~Declined~ There's just too many abilities there, decide which one you want to keep but lower the count. Also, if you keep the bold part, elaborate on it more. Yes you can keep your old sword if this one is declined.

Changed name, changed "Water" to Suiton, and removed all instances of the word "Samurai" and replaced it with "user" (the jutsu was made before the Samurai were given RP restrictions, and thus is unusable in it's current state.)

Description: Unlike other Kenjutsu Shockwaves which are generally large, Mirage Blade is a small shockwave that’s size is the same as the blade length of the sword used to launch it. Sacrificing power for speed and quantity, Mirage Blade travels at a speed traceable only by 2 Tome Sharingan users and above – experienced Shinobi can also track this attack without a Doujutsu. A large amount of chakra is focused inside the blade in a massive wave. Though the chakra should pour out of the user’s sword, a shell of chakra formed around the blade causes the chakra to rebound infinitely inside the actual blade of the sword. When the user slashes their blade it releases some of this chakra in a white, rippling shockwave; thus the name Mirage Blade. Mirage Blade also carries the properties of the blade used to fire it, as well as its size; this means that if the blade used to fire Mirage Blade is sharp enough, Mirage Blade will pass through solid objects by slicing them in half and continuing on, much like a Wind element jutsu would.
*Mirage Blade is not Fuuton element, the comparison to a Fuuton jutsu takes into account an extremely sharp blade.
*Three shockwaves can be fired per use.
*This attack does 40 damage to the opponent’s health and the other 20 points is subtracted from their chakra total.

Description: Unlike other Kenjutsu shockwaves which are generally large, Kougenjin is a relatively small shockwave that’s size is the same as the blade length of the sword used to launch it. Sacrificing power for speed and quantity, Mirage Blade travels at an incredible pace, relative to the user’s rank; Mirage Blade, when used by a Sannin, would be about twice as fast as a shockwave fired from the Samurai Sabre Technique, though its destructive force is obviously much less. Changed to actual translation; changed damage, as previously it did 40 actual damage and 20 chakra damage - I took that out, and now each shockwave does strictly and evenly 20 damage individually; removed both usage limits, as now canon shockwaves that are much more powerful exist and can be used without limits - being much weaker than either the SSS or the Crimson Wave, I don't suppose they need a limit. I also changed the speed from "traceable by Shinobi with 2-tome or higher Sharingan/S-class ninja" to a speed that adjusts with the user's rank. Increased range.

Description:First the user raises his hands above his head and then he gather great amount of his katon chakra after that he release it creating huge fire ball , the same as the tailed beast bomb then as he is ready ,he fires the flame ball to go towards the opponent ,but the ball don't go towards the opponent directly ,the user first shoot it to the sky then as it reach the mid air it drop into the opponent's face and as it reach the opponent's face it explode making a rain of flame that have the same effect of lava when it touches the body of the opponent.

~Declined~ Grossly OP. Cutting through any lightning? Manipulating lightning on your sword to cause RADIATION, sensing ability and shooting A-rank lightning blast? And a boost to all lightning jutsus you do on top lol. If it isn't severely adjusted in your re-submission I'll decline it for good.

(Kuchiyose no jutsu: Haruka)-Haruka

Description:
For this jutsu the user bites his thumb and then draws blood which he wipes on his palms and then slams the fist together and summons Haruka the ringtail who fancies herself as the mistress of earth. Haruka is an extremely well mannered ringtail and she is extremely skilled in using the earth element. She is twice the size of a normal human being in terms of height and with proportionate other features. She is extremely skilled at burrowing through the earth and moving extremely quickly inside the earth (the speed is similar to that of a shark while it swims) . She is so skilled at burrowing that there are not even small vibrations while she is burrowing and there is no trace left at the point that she burrows. She is able to take one shinobi wrapped in the fur of her bushy tail into the earth to travel long distances her tail masks all the chakra signals of that shinobi.
-can be summoned twice per battle.
-remains on the battle field for three turns in a row.
-she is able to use earth jutsu upto B rank.

~Declined~ This needs lots of restrictions, merging with the ground ain't something natural to do, it need to be performed as a jutsu and from what I read, she can use it at will and it doesn't count toward your 3 jutsu per turn. Also, work on the bold part.

For this jutsu the user bites his thumb and draws blood and clapping his hands together summons ringtails surrounding his opponent in a circular fashion. But the trick here is that nearly all the ringtails appeared are like shadow clones or illusions. And the real ringtail is hidden somewhere among these. All these clones/illusions are exactly similar in there looks and each has a sharp spear crackling with electricity in his hand also all of them are of the size of humans maybe a just a tad bit larger. The instant they are summoned all of them simultaneously make a spear thrusting action towards the opponent (who will be at the center of the circle formed by the ringtails). So logically all the illusions or copies wont hurt the opponent but the real ringtail hiding in these copies uses the chance to pierce the opponent through his blind side.
-Any doujutsu user like the sharingan or the Byakugan is able to tell the difference between the real ringtails and the illusions. The trick here is to cover 360 degrees of vision.
-Must hold the ringtail summoning contract and the move is unique to ringtails.
-Can be used thrice per battle.
-Summon poofs away immediately afterwards.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Haka Sono Shiranai Tori )- Summoning: Tomb of the Unknown Avian

This is a highly advanced summon invented by "Sacrifice". The user must carry a large scroll that looks and is carried the same way Jiraiya carries his. When the time comes to use this summon, the user will open the scroll on the ground, preform 3 handseals, then slam their hand in the middle of the scroll. Instantly a tall, thick, 20 foot pillar appears with hieroglyphics all over the tomb, the hieroglyphics glow from the start and the top of this tomb blows open as if something has shattered the top of tomb. A skeletal gull appears to rise out of the top, he has some pitch black feathers that are still attached to his wings. The gull only sits half way out of the tomb, seeing his head and wings. Once the tomb appears and the top instantly breaks open, it shoots out a thick fog that covers the battlefield instantly covering the user and then the whole field (aspect of Hidden Mist). The only thing the target can see is the intensely bright red eyes of the Skeletal Gull; these red eyes have special abilities. It's near impossible for the target not to see the eyes because how they shine and reflect it's light in the fog, the target goes under a very intense S-Rank Genjutsu, this Genjutsu makes the target see themselves in an ancient city on the side of misty, haunted mountain. They picture themselves walking through this city, with nobody around, the city is run down, the target can hear the wails of lost spirits. In the real world, the target walks around aimlessly while under the Genjutsu open for attacks. The Gull eyes have another ability, it is able to see the enemy through the fog he unleashed earlier, this allowing him to fire sharp bones directly at the target or any other objects within the mist.

Notes:
- Summon lasts 4 turns
- Only usable once per battle
- Fog lasts while summon is on field (or until a strong wind blows it away)
- Genjutsu acts as one of the three turns
- Though Gull can see target the user is still unable to see the target
- Sharp bones share the same rules as kunais/shurkiens

~Declined~ You're kind of missing the point on how a genjutsu works. I affects all your senses, so you can make your opponent see himself walk around this creepy town you're creating in the genjutsu, but you can't actually force him to really walk through it. Same goes for what's happening outside the genjutsu, you can't say your opponent will start walking as if he was in the genjutsu.

Secondly, what is this gull? If it's a dead one then it needs to be changed, we don't allow any form of Impure World Resurrection jutsu. Also, how can it throw bones? Is it related to Kaguya?

You say in your restriction that the gull can see the opponent but yet the opponent can't see it. Didn't you made it very clear that because the gulls eyes were so bright, they could be see from anywhere withing the mist (as long as you're looking in the right direction)? If you mean they would reflect on the mist then take that out, I won't accept that as it's OP.

Take out the part where you specify what is required to kill the summon. I'm ok with destroying the tomb first, and the restriction on the rank required is fine, but summons can't be restricted to a specific rank considering there's many way to hurt them (the tomb is made form solid rock so it's your decision on the rank, the summon is a living being, it's different).

That's about it O__O.



Paper Techniques;

(Muttsu Juuoku Kibaku Kujo) - Six Billion Exploding Tag Destruction

Description:
This is Konan's ultimate Paper Technique that she used against Madara but this one is preformed differently. Konan will take out a Scroll and preform 3 hand seals then slam her hand on the scroll. In doing this she is able to summon her "Six Billion Paper Exploding Tags". As soon as it's summoned she is able to form it to a massive Tsunami of the paper tags. The Tsunami is then sent to the direct of the target. Since the astronomical amount of tags sent at the target, when it crashes down it creates a sea of tags. Konan is able to let the Tags explode for 10 minutes straight in the area. This technique is nearly unavoidable by the sheer amount of destruction, The amount of tags and force it contains makes it almost impossible to stop fully . Due to the large amount of chakra it takes to preform this move, Konan is hit with severe fatigue.

Notes:

- Only usable by Konan
- Only usable once per battle
- Unable to preform an Paper techniques for 3 turns afterwards
- Only able to use 2 techniques in the move this is used

Nobody knows for sure who is apart of this society, but it is said many shinobi from Iwagakure are apart of this group as well as from all the hidden villages. Though this Cestus is simple in appearance, it harnesses the greatest of the Earth's prowess. When the wielder wears both gloves, they create an internal link in the user which allows them to increases their fist power, like "Hardening" technique but just by wearing the Cestus. It also allows the user to have their Earth techniques increased in power. This Cestus has specialty techniques that harness the Earth only if wearing these gloves (separate jutsus)

Then they slam they earth back into the ground with such force and power that from that point of the earth being slammed into the ground, the ground will erupt upwards with several spikes that move in a wave from short to mid-range. The spikes go up about 15 feet high.

The sword like previously said has a ability to manipulate temperature to a certain point.The user has the choice of canceling any A-rank or Below water or earth jutsu much faster than by doing a regular jutsu,it also gives a advantage that it looks like the user was hit by the jutsu. It works by infusing either cold or hot temperature into the jutsu itself.(this is done by slashing or stabbing) the jutsu.This can also be used on a regular sword of the opponent if it is close combat.

Description: It is said this sword was once wielded by one of the family members of the Rokuddu Sage that possessed a ability to control temperature.Being constantly infused with that sages chakra,the sword actually inherited the ability.It is also said that the sword still has a small part of the Sages will left in it, so whenever someone who is not the weilder touches it, he get instantly ignited.The current and only weilder of this sword currently is Mugen who has the same ability as the Sage in the tales.(My CE)
The sword like previously said has a ability to manipulate temperature to a certain point.The user has the choice of canceling any A-rank or Below water or earth jutsu much faster than by doing a regular jutsu,it also gives a advantage that it looks like the user was hit by the jutsu. It works by infusing either cold or hot temperature into the jutsu itself.(this is done by slashing or stabbing) the jutsu.This can also be used on a regular sword of the opponent if it is close combat.
*The special ability costs 32 chakra
*The special ability does count towards the 3 moves per turn rule.
*The special ability can only be used once every 3 turns.Meaning you use it,than wait 2 full turns for it to cool down,than on the third you can use it again.

As soon as this is done, the user will form another handseal, the seal of the tiger, activating the launch of the jutsu. A demonic statue will rise from the ground, from the Head to the fingers on top of the earth,the statue rises from below the opponent, it is positioned so that the opponent is lifted as it rises in the right hand of the statue, the atmosphere and surroundings change, the sky turns red, the clouds black, and the grass and any other vegetation is dull in color. This demonic statue has nine closed eyes, and a scroll in it's mouth. He falls to his knees, as blood runs down his nose, this is due to the incredible force upon the user to perform the technique, after the use of this technique, the users hand becomes dark in color, as they are useless to perform handseals for the next two turns. The users chest also becomes red, since the extreme use of multiple chakra, this overuse of chakra temporarily clogs the chakra circulatory system, causing it not to flow efficiently which will lead to the the use of only three of the basic five elements for the next three turns.

~Declined~ You do realize that since your opponent is standing, the chair would only make him rise a few feet, but he'd still be standing, not sitting. Find a way to make it work, the jutsu in itself is kinda cool.

~Declined~ I think you don't understand the meaning of "physical drawbacks". -30 damage means nothing in our RP, had a restriction that makes you physically vulnerable. That's why Forbidden techniques are Forbidden, they directly affect your health and fighting abilities.

Description: the user will take out a small pill ( with no effects) and put it between his two hands in the tiger hand seal he will focas all of his chakra into the pill and sallow it he will then make 5 hand seals and the pill will expell a larger amoint of chakra then that which was given the chakra will suddenly begin to surround the user the increase in chakra will make the user faster and stronger ( almost like the raikages lighting armor except not as fast) it will also decrease the amount of time it takes to switch elements and to use ninjutsu as the chakra is already flowing out of him. After 4 turns the chakra will implode on the user killing him the chakra will then explode in a shock wave of chakra hitting anything within mid range

A big enough fire could severely burn you even if you have your armor. Take out the restriction on the openings and make a new one. Lastly, this is only an A-rank technique, make it so it can block 2 A-rank fire before melting away, not 3.

Description:
After making few handseals the user summons a great,giant and badass VULTURE of all time named GAVA, which shows no mercy on his opponent, he looks like a big Raven with white eyes, which is extremely powerful and battle type, can use up to S Rank jutsu's of Fire and Wind. He creates Powerful fire attack by releasing fire from his beak and wind attack by swing his wings, it has sharp edge beak which is able to pass through the solid rock defense also has very strong claws, strong enough to carry away other summonings [depend on the weight/size of other summoning] user can ride on his back to use combos and also has very loud noise which can disturb/distract the opponent, it is able to fly high in the sky where opponent's jutsu's are unreachable.

Alright. Just trying to make it non lethal move like most techniques are.

This week:

1. ( Kuro-Ashi Taijutsu: Diable Jambe ) - Black-Leg Taijutsu: Devil's Leg
Rank: Forbidden
Type: Mode
Range: Self
Chakra cost: 50 ( - 15 per turn )
Damage points: N/A
Description: Black-Leg taijutsu master can activate a mode which will double their speed. The mode requires user to be at least Sannin rank and to be trained in other Black-Leg taijutsu techniques. To activate this technique an user below Kage rank must stop and spin while guiding fire chakra into their leg, granting temporary speed boost. User that has already reached Kage orf higher rank can activate this technique while battling without stopping moving. Once activated, the technique'll increase user leg's strength momenarily and Leg taijutsu damage done by user will be multipled with 1.5 with the leg this is activated on. Using this technique for longer duratons will cause painful cramp and muscle strain if used for four conscutive turns. This also decreases user's speed by 25% of the original speed upon the first usage. Second usage will drop the speed from 75% that was left to 35% of the original speed before using this technique for the first time and the feeling of pain in the leg becomes overwhelming, making it almost impossible to walk. This technique can be used on one leg and can be maintained for max four turns. User's leg looks as if it were on fire when this mode is activated and is covered in chakra. Getting hit by this causes also nerve damage to opponent, giving slight sensation of burning to the nevers and opponent once hit due fire chakra in leg.
  • Causes strain to user's muscles and leaves user limping if used for long durations.
  • Can be activated twice per battle and the second usage will be extremely painful and second usage will last only two turns.
  • Costs 15 chakra per turn.
2. ( Raiton: Tesura Raikō ) - Lightning release: Tesla Lightning

Description: Tesla Lightning is a lightning element based technique which unlike most Lightning release techniques, doesn't hold much brute force in it. To use Tesla Lightning user must focus chakra into their arm and gather a small ball at the center of their palm. Once the ball is created user can release it in form of a straight lightning bolt towards their target(s). This is where the Tesla Lightning differs from many other lightning techniques as the Tesla Lightning can fork and cover up a large area without being shot multiple times (original bolt can fork max 15 times and it will last three meters without forking before disappearing). The forking happens as user wishes it to happen and once it hits target, it will travel as an electrical current through their body and fork again into more bolts which then attack other enemies. Having a strong electrical current like that travel through body will burn the target's/s' body, shock and damage without killing. Even though the lightning can fork, the strength of it will decrease while travelling through a target's body. As said earlier, Tesla lightning won't have much destructive properties but can nullify the effects of earth techniques once it hits them.
  • Causes damage to user varying on the strength of the technique
  • No other lightning techniques can be used at the same turn by the user
  • Can be used only one per battle.

From the view of opponent it seems as if user would have multiple legs due the speed of kicks that land. After using this jutsu user suffers little damage and strain on legs.

Rank: A

Description: An user that knows Black-Leg taijutsu and has speed level of at least eight (speed chart) can, once taught, use Highest-rate Mincemeat. The technique includes fast footwork and will work only if the target's short or close range from the user. To begin with this technique, user must jump in air and once he/she gets close enough to the opponent, user starts delivering fast paced kicks aimed at mainly opponent's torso area. The technique isn't automatically 60 damage but can be less if the opponent is a taijutsu specialist and/or has sharingan to increase their reaction time that he/she uses to block the hits. Even the hits are blocked, the kicks will hurt. If not blocked, user can aim at opponent's vitals and cause quite alot damage by hitting opponent's internal organs and bones. If this is combined with Diable Jambe, the technique gains burning attributes. As long as user's airborne he/she can attack their target with more taijutsu but once user lands, he/she is forced to jump backwards and allow their feet to rest for a short period of time (the higher user's rank is, the shorter time is required for feet to rest).
  • Can be used only if user is properly trained and has speed level of eight and above.
  • Can be used twice per battle with three turn interval between each usage.

( Kuro-Ashi Taijutsu: Jetto Utsu ) - Black-leg Taijutsu: Jet Shoot

Description: User concentrates chakra into own legs through chakra circulation system. Once that's done user will pump his/her muscles and make a kick with user's right leg as user is standing on his/her left leg. The kick that's delivered is strong enough to send opponent or ally flying if it hits. When it hits it doesn't really cause much damage to opponent but it will send the opponent flying to longer distances than a normal kick would. This can be used to send ally flying at opponent or to avoid attack if other person jumps on the user's leg before he/she kicks. This will send the ally flying to mid range from user.

- It takes few seconds to prepare the kick
- User cannot move while preparing the kick.

The kick can also be used to send allies flying into other ranges, though once a strong(er) kick is attempted user must spend more time concentrating before kicking. This can also be used quickly in openings to deal a quick hit to the opponent and then expose them for further combinations.

  • If you attempt on sending your ally to other range, the ally must jump on your leg just as you're kicking to guarantee the strength of kick to send him/her away.

Description: Before using this technique, one is required to have knowledge of how using Highest-rate Mincemeat and Diable Jambe. Combining these two attacks, Black-Leg taijutsu user is able of using a technique that is fatal on closer ranges. First, one must have activated Diable Jambe. After that the user jumps above opponent and starts spinning horizontally in a position where user's leg is pointing down at their opponent, he/she starts furiously kicking with one of their feet at opponent's chest and belly area as already activated Diable Jambe increases their strength. The kicks aren't dealing internal damage but are extremely strong and the places where hits are dealt can be seen through opponent's back as the user's ignited, glowing leg lands kicks on the target. After the spinning stops, user finishes with a powerful axe kick on the opponent's head/shoulder area which is strong enough to break stone. This technique is strong enough to deal considerable damage even to medium-sized summoning creatures.
  • This technique disables Diable Jambe after using (without strong cramps/leg strain to user that would come from Diable Jambe).
  • Can be used once per battle, and like after every fast paced attack, user requires few seconds to let their leg muscles relax.

The user stands motionless and closes his eyes, he will charge up as much chakra as he can throughout his body.he will compress the chakra inside his body and when at his peak will say 'True Despair'.The user will then quickly release this chakra causing a small shockwave of green chakra to blow out.The user's form will be radically changed.He will gain even longer hair and gains long crying marks, he gains huge black furry wings which gives him flight and a long thin black tail which can used as an offensive weapon.is waist becomes covered in something similar to black fur, which also covers his arms and legs. His fingers grow claw-like extensions and his feet become like talons. The irises of his eyes turn yellow while the sclera becomes green.He gains two horns on his head.While in this form the Users speed is radically increased and also his Ninjutsu skills are boosted.this form is extremely dangerous.When over The user is exhausted and barley able to move making him unable to perform any Taijutsu.He ash to rely on Ninjutsu for two turns leaving him incredibly vunerable to attack

The user performs one handseal and takes a deep breath,He will then exhale a large & thick black fog which will cover most of the battle field.The Fog acts as a haze and will block the foe's vision while he inside.The fog is a large thundercloud infused with the users chakra, this allows him to locate anything inside the fog.While inside the fog its impossible for the Foe to use any S-ranked and below Raiton jutsus as it will be absorbed by the thunderclouds.On the Contrary the User gains a +5 boost to Raiton/Ranton jutsus.The Foe will have nearly no sense of were he is giving the user an advantage.Since the fog is made of Thundercloud every turn the Foe is inside the Fog he takes 20 damage from the thunder and the Foe cannot simply just run/jump out of the Haze as they would get electrocuted back inside..This fog is similar to the Hidden mist jutsu although can only removed by a strong wind of S-rank and above and it has be a AoE(Area of effect) as a a direct, small wind would only remove a segment of the thunder cloud.At any time the user may Dismiss the Thundercloud.Since the user and the Thundercloud share the same chakra type it would be impossible to locate the user using something like the Bykugan.

-What's true for your opponent is also true for you, so if the fog absorbs lightning, it won't boost yours.
-Take out the part where it damage your opponent while he's inside (or make it a 1 move jutsu, not lasting for 3 turns).
-Fog is fog, mist is mist, wind is wind. Any good wind gust can clear the fog, no need to be S-rank. Rank is often subjective to elemental manipulations (making spears/knives...etc), so it doesn't reflect the actual effect of the technique.
-Impossible for a Byakugan to spot you? I don't think so. Take that part away.
-Make it once per match.

The user takes two katanas in each hand and starts to spin them around in fast circles. The swords will create a windmill in front of himself with the swords. The windmill can defend against weak attacks up to C-Rank that's directed right at them except for earth jutsus cause they will just break the swords. If it it's a wind jutsu the sword will just "absorb" the wind and send it back on the opponent causing a A-Ranked wind gust that travels up to Mid-Range.

~Declined~ Feels somewhat surrealistic to spin your sword at such a pace that you'd be able not only to spot A-rank techniques, but to send some of them back at the opponent. Lower the abilities.

The user perform 2 handseals and then creates a small fire prison around the opponent. The fire raise from the ground like pillars and take the shape of a prison. When the prison is made the opponent can't move without getting burned.

Elephant is the largest puppet made by ~The Norwegian~. It looks just like an elephant and weights just the same, the only difference is that the two horns of the elephant are larger and sharper. Elephant can suck up water in it's nose and spit it out at the opponent like an A-Rank water attack that reaches Mid-Range, and it can stomp the ground causing a B-Rank earthquake that will reaches Mid-Range. Due too it's size the elephant can withstand B-Rank attacks and lower. Elephant is kept in a scroll and can be summoned when the user wants it.
~Note: The water attack and the earthquake counts as one of the three moves per round

~Declined~ You'll notice that I made both the attacks up to mid-range, keep it that way. Also, clarify whether or not the water source the elephant absorb can be taken from an actual water jutsu coming toward him. The rest seems fine.

The Knight is a puppet made by ~The Norwegian~. It has the same hight as a normal man but is so much stronger, and wields a large sword. The Knight wears an armor making him so strong that only A-Rank attacks and above can pierce it. The Knight's only weak point is under his legs, where he has no protection. The Knight is kept in a scroll and can be summoned as the user wants too.

~Declined~ OP. Either make it so he can withstands a fixed amount of A-rank or an unlimited amount of B-rank and under.
