Should Sasuke be executed? Yay or Nay?

That´s how i usually feel but you haven´t wrote anything i want to reply to, i don´t disagree with you.

hahaha....i was thinking that someone's gna recognize that...but i wrote about ending this discussion that sasuke's not gna get executed "END OF STORY"......but tht didn seem to work...

I´m sure kishi could make sasuke survive against tobi but the world thinking he´s dead like with Madara, sasuke will just wander around the world which would set the stage for a part 3 to begin.

The teleportation tech that tobi has demonstrated is from his eyes. Similar to kakashi's. I believe its an ms tech. Also naruto is losing chakra fast whether its a clone or the real one.

Just because the point of warping appears near his eyes does not mean its an MS technique...we have been shown every time a normal sharingan turn to MS whenever MS technique was used which was not the case with tobi...

The clone is loosing chakra means the clone is loosing chakra....the real naruto is fine...
because if u were right that clone and naruto both are loosing chakra fast then tell me why is the real naruto still in the kyubi mode when the clone has reverted back to normal?? ~_~

the world of ninja is the world of sacrifices...the hatred whic remains inside of sasuke will not go and there is no way he can ever come at peace...so he should be given the death penalty...

i agree, as naruto said, in death he'll be free of his burdens, and kishi don't make him suffer anymore!!!

I think, sasuke will realize his failures in the end. And I think he will sacrifice himself. In the end, there will be flashbacks, about what danzo told him about sacrifice, and about Itachi, and he decides, to go the same way, to protect the people who liked him all the time.
That would be a plausible nice end.
But maybe the sasuke as a unknown surviver theory becomes true.

Don't you guys think that if sasuke realizes his mistake he should deserve a second chance, because i think that's what's gonna happen in the end, he has to change sides and help naruto, because naruto isn't strong enough to deal with "tobi," Kabumaru and madara - even though he has help from tsuchikage, gaara and the other people, e.g. kages and all

The teleportation is from his eyes. He used this to teleport sasuke and karin. He tried it with minato. Also the reason we havent seen tobi's ms design yet is because he is wearing a mask but also that would give away his identity, unless its another uchiha with a different ms design. Anyway we all know the abilities of the sharigan alone and the tech tobi used isnt a sharigan tech, it has to be an ms tech. Sometimes you just have to put one and two together.

Im not so sure anymore after what you said about the clone loosing chakra.

However, i guess sakura must have a role so lets say sasuke survives but the world thinking he´s dead, he lives in konoha in secret with no one but konoha 11,kakashi and the elders knowing about it.
He becomes a secret anbu who serves naruto as hokage, he carries out missions for him but no one knows its sasuke except for a few people.
He could then have a baby with sakura, something happens in a mission and he once again "dies" so naruto will raise his and sasukes kid to become great shinobi, he tells him his father died, sasukes son not believing it will leave the village and travel which will make him know the truth and .........................................

In theory, it is quite simple.Either hit/posion him when he is exhausted,or take him after one of his major battles(tobi,kabuto,naruto,etc).That's the only way i can see him being caught,because he is simply too powerful.

As i said in my original post kishi simply invested too much time into sasuke to him not get some sort of resolve.If aint dying, he will become an anti-hero who people respect/understand.However,The door to konoha is likely close,and as the poll indicates not a lot of folks would be sastisfied with it.

His actions are understandable, even Naruto said that.

Naruto will save Sasuke, if he can't, he'll never forgive himself and he'll never be the Hokage.

I think he should be forgiven.

In that list of crimes, theres also a list of people he took out which could have otherwise harmed the leaf. Orochimaru, for one. Danzo, though I don't think the leaf completely understands how bad that guy was. You're also forgetting what the leaf did to him and his family. I think in the end, if he helps kill tobi and kabuto, I think it will be enough to be forgiven, even if he doesn't come back.

this. also, there are people who've done worse things than he so why is he the most hated and has-to-be-immediately-executed one?...i believe naruto will somehow bring him back, or at least make him a bit better or something...
