Should Sasuke be executed? Yay or Nay?

Should sasuke be executed? Yay or nay?

This is no Sasuke bashing session, I want to know what Sasuke’s punishment should be if he gets caught. Should he be forgiven?Perhaps the death penalty, or do you think he should do some time in jail.

He is not weak, and despite everything Naruto still believes he can bring him back. The question is to what? Unless, Naruto becomes Hokage I simply can’t see Sasuke being forgiven for all his actions.

List of crimes:

1: Left with not only a missing-nin but the guy who was responsible for the third hokage’s death.
2: Joined akatsuki the nr.1 terrorist group on the show.
3: An attempt to capure killer b.
4: Killed samurai people.
5: Invaded the summit and fought with every kage present.
6: Attempted murder on team 7 on several occasions.
7. Assualted/killed Danzo, who was acting Hokage.
8. Desertion. He left without giving any notice, despite being part of an official team .
9: Animal cruelty. No snake deserves to get blown up (ok, this might not be a crime)

In essence, he went from being a simple missing-nin shinobi from konoha, to an international criminal who assassinated a public figure. This is why I think he will either die or become a vigilante who got rid of his hatred and anger.

Naruto will save Sasuke, if he can't, he'll never forgive himself and he'll never be the Hokage.

I think he should be forgiven.

In that list of crimes, theres also a list of people he took out which could have otherwise harmed the leaf. Orochimaru, for one. Danzo, though I don't think the leaf completely understands how bad that guy was. You're also forgetting what the leaf did to him and his family. I think in the end, if he helps kill tobi and kabuto, I think it will be enough to be forgiven, even if he doesn't come back.

but what you are forgetting is the good he did


He joined with orochimaru then later on kill him

Once the leaf found out how bad he was, do you really think he was becoming hokage?

all i'm saying is that he should be forgiven because his case is understandable, but death is too much of a punishment, he should be punished in such a way that he ralizes his mistake, or if he already has than something that will repent for the actions and crimes he has committed

Before Tobi manipulated him he could have gone back to the Leaf a saviour, all forgiven but attacking Bee + the kage summit sealed his fate.

I don't think he'll die, but he's definitely not returning to konoha

but if it so happens that Sasuke is the one who's actually manipulating Tobi, then maybe just maybe he may be pardoned.

Regardless, Naruto will save him and they'll be best friends again.

Anyway, I vote 'Nay', the good Sasuke has done far outweighs the bad

Defeated Orochimaru (Known Pedophile,missing nin, who toys with lives, killed the 4th kazekage,attacked the hidden leaf)

Defeated Danzo (Personal reasons, massacre of his clan, implanting their eyes in his arm, all that)

Why bother understanding him now when he didn´t want anyone to understand him before?
He´s come too far to ever turn back to the way he was, even if he becomes good, that doesn´t mean his crimes will suddently vanish, he chose this himself, there were many possibilities and he could´ve chosen forgivness for his clan but he chose revenge and the people that were affected by his decision should too, why should they forgive him or even try to understand?
He might have ruined a dozen of lives already, for example the samurai that he killed, they probably had family too and think how they will feel when they hear their father/husband died at the hands of a criminal, that is enough to set their loved ones on the path of vengeance and they would want him dead more then anything.

No it was the real Zetsu. He was there to tell Sasuke when he should take his bandage off.
