It's not the first time someone made a Brook bio. Once a Brook Kaguya bio was made, but it got declined for not being realastic as he tried to explain Brook's body as a result of his KG.

Brook is probably the most difficult Strawhat to make into a bio, unless of course you use Brook when he still had a human body, as even Chopper can be made into a bio if you use his most human form. Though the other forms are pretty much a no go for an individual Chopper bio.

...the timeskip was exactly a year ago -.-' (yeah I was shocked when I just checked it, a year already). That's not 'recently'.

I dunno, bodysuit with a human skeleton pattern on it; a very skinny man who tattooed himself all over to look like a skeleton; having pitchblack eyes, large eyesockets + having a pale white skin etc. are all possibilities.
