And shisui looks close in age to Itachi, it still seems pretty impossible. Because Itachi was born when the Third before 4th or 4th Hokage. And Shisui max looks 20 years old. Still, seeing as the 3rd was hokage for a huge amount of time, and Tobimaru was hokage for a while as well. And then you get Hashirama. It still seems pretty impossible, unless of course shisui is around 50 or 60. Seeing as it happened pre konoha.

Well, first of all, you kinda proved my theory, thanks. Sasuke was around what? 10 when the massacre happened? And there you see a younger Itachi holding him. And this is when Tobi attacked with the 9-tails. Madara having already been dead. Subtract 20-50 years, where are you, somewhere between the thirds rein and the seconds rein. Not anywhere near the beginning of Konaha. As for the second part, this kinda disproves your theory also. If Shisui gave those eyes up, then he kept them till he supposedly died, assuming he was even alive. But yet If Tobi is attacking the village, then the Uchiha Massacre hasn't even happened yet. And neither has his supposed death. So you are saying he implanted the EMS, put on a mask, fought Minato on equal grounds at such a young age, and then went back and took those eyes out, replanted his normal ones, to make Itachi think he killed him??? - That doesn't make sense...
