I Agree! If anything Tobi/Madara recovered his sharingan but I doubt that as well. Why would he retrieve Obito eye? Obito barley activated his sharingan for 5 minutes before he died. Ain't like Obito was known for his amazing eye technique around Konoha, he was a scrub....

all you have is pure speculation, I never said it was Obito, merely his body as vessel which is a opinion and no one has any FACTS to support anything. 1st we have only seen tobi's face( which is the only indiction of aging we can base anything off of atm) once, when he attacked konan and you only see parts of it, 2nd when he attacked konan, yes he was as tall as minato, doesnt mean he couldnt be in a Teenagers body, you never see his face so you cant be sure, for all we know, Kakashi could have been as tall as minato during the konaha attack, Kakashi and Obito were about the same age when Obito died. Height is a terrible agruement, and he cant look exactly the same as then and now because YOU never see his face back then. the only thing you can say was the same would maybe be his hair, which is similiar to Obito's. which what do you know, hair can be cut so it could have stayed the same over the years.

The name Obito hints at Tobi as you can just move the letters and form Tobi. U can also write it like this: (T)obi(to). This is also very typical to do so that the fans get a few hints at who the person is. Just like Roxas in kingdom hearts can be translated to Sora who the person really is.
Obito and what we have seen of Tobi is very similar. The haircut is also the same.
Tobi's one sharingan and Kakashis sharingan has been shown in several chapters togheter. (Kakashis sharingan in one square and Tobi's in the other) I dont know how to explain it right.. But if you understand, that can hint at something.
And last, Obito:

This could be hinting at something.
But that does not mean that I don't agree that Tobi fighting fourth Hokage as adult right after Obito died, and how could he get all the hate and the power?
A little twist could be that that Tobi was Madara, until Obito killed Madara and went under the identity as Tobi.
But that theory seems very unlikely aswell.
The Naruto universe is probably long from empty of new things. I'm sure Obito being Tobi easily could be explained by Kishi if that is so.
