Edit: Sasuke is a cannon character meaning from Naruto so many people can have the same character but if that character isn't from Naruto then u need the orginal's permission

Eh no, don't. When I say everybody else, I mean the LEADERS of the base (Not you Rag). Caliburn declined a bio since it was Zorro, his bio.

You may ask someone for permission, as a sign of respect or something, but a bio being declined because they used the same image or name is just meh...
