as far as I know, as long as the history is different enough from another member than you can use someone from a another anime i.e. Gohan, Goten, Zorro, Luffy etc etc. the key is that you have to make if different from all other bios. So if you want to make a Gohan Uchiha bio, you have to make sure its different enough from any other Gohan Uchiha bios.
Now keep in mind this is just my understanding of bio rules. Each RP has different standards for whats approved. Some CJ mods may approve a bleach sword for naruto rp use, where as I will generally decline all of them unless they are custom.
