If Sasuke does not go to jail for some time ( 4-5 years) for killing Danzo, Messing up the relations with Hidden Cloud, and fighting all 5 Kages, I'm going to be disappointed in the series. Even if he would help the villige later on, he still have to do some time in prison. Mizuki got in jail for Indirectly stealing a scroll only(I know it's precious).

The only way for Sasuke to be pardon would be if Naruto takes personal responsibility for Sasuke and Sasuke is made to do a series of labors for all 5 nations to redeem Himself in their eyes, leading to a new series or time skip as Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and Hinata go all over the world righting wrongs for the 5 nations, Sakura would follow Sasuke and Hinata would follow Naruto because if you think their just going to wait for Naruto and Sasuke to retuned in what would be years out their you are crazy.

Edit: If Sasuke is accepted back with open arms, what kind of message will that give? I honestly hope it doesn't happen. What about all the other criminals that took the wrong path? They too should all be pardoned. Kishi obviously loves drawing him but Sasuke is not Naruto. If Kishi wanted, he could rename the manga to Sasuke.
