No, the difference between Hinata and Sakura is that Kishi has shown in the manga and anime that Sakura has changed her feelings about Naruto, where as he hasn't shown that Naruto has changed his feelings about Hinata.

The only thing holding me back from throwing the Naruto Sakura wedding is I want her to remove Sasuke from her Heart completely... and regard him as a brother... Which as you have stated is slowly happening!!
I too have noticed Sakura always being astonished at ever thing Naruto dose... which is the biggest sign that someone loves someone else or falling for that perosn.

i think naruto will end up with sasuke untill the end of eternity inside a death demons stomach but the reason naruto hasn't changed his feelings for Hinata is that Hinata has never asked naruto yet, but i bet you naruto might accept.
