The Worst Hokage

Like everyone else, I noticed that you did not put the Fourth Hokage on the list.

There has not yet been a "bad" Hokage. Shodaime built the village, helped found the Senju "Will of Fire", which incidentally was a fairly big factor in repelling Orochimaru's invasion.

The Second also helped in this, but we have less data about his reign.

The Third sacrificed himself to defeat Orochimaru and was the reason the invasion was called off.

The Fourth stopped the Kyuubi from destroying everything.... Enough said.

Tsunade is the reason that not everyone in Konoha was decimated. She had no chakra and was still prepared to fight Pain.

He scarified himself and his wife to save the village and the life of his son if he didn't do that who else would have done it? if he didn't do that everyone in the village would have died and the village would have been destroyed.

the 3rd made many mistakes
didnt kill oro b4 he left the village let the uchiha get discriminated
but that doesnt make him bad...
he was a good friend to everyone he met (naruto, iruka, alot of the academy students )
he was a pretty calm guy and never abused his power

minato did everything he could to protect the village the poor guy
he ended up dying which is the ultimate sacrifice
he is the worst father ever but not the worst hokage
i dont get u guyz sealing away the 9-tails inside your own son after ur wife got it taken away from her...and then a bunch of people died ...he scared off madara...prevented the kyubi from using the TBB everytime
this guy he could have survived but he would be an even worse father...
he could have just let naruto die
but then again kushina would have killed him the day after so he wouldve died anywayz :T_T:

He did that to Naruto so Naruto could stand a chance in the future against the enemy that had released the Kyuubi, Tobi/Madara.
And he did saved the village, if it was for selfishness or for the greater good of others, i dont give a shit, but he saved the village, motives wont matter.

Off topic, but not totally, Minato fought in the Shinobi War and helped Konoha win, so that counts too.

And to that guys that don't read other people posts about what the 2nd/Tobirama did to Konoha, please don't post the shit that he was the worst Hokage, because he saved Konoha too ... if you ever read this post -U_U

First of all i'm not a fanboy. Yes minato is my favorite character, but i don't obsess over him. Still when people say dumb stuff like oh he was a bad hokage because he decided to save his son over the village than yea i'm going to respond because that's not even close to being true. So don't even start calling me a fanboy because i'm far from one

3rd was the worst hokage in terms of leadership and what he did for the village. He may have been a nice guy but that led him to be a pushover. He let alot of bad things happen on his watch.
He could have prevented the Uchiha massacre if he had stood up for what was right, all he would have had to do was say 'NO' like Tsunade did to the elders that time when they wanted to leave Naruto in Mt. Myobakuzan (spelling).

He also let Oro escape, had he not he would have bypassed a whole slew of bad things. He cared for his students I get that but he still let him live. That caused a whole mess of problems and got a ton of people killed.

We don't know what Hashirama or Tobirama did wrong but there might have been some stuff, who knows though?

Minato, the only thing that anyone could fault him for is to not seal the Kyuubi before saving Naruto, or not finishing off Madara when he easily could have. But he had alot of shit to take care of right then. Plus alot of that blame about the Kyuubi also goes onto Hiruzen and his whole team of elders. Why would they rely on one person when he was already fighting an important battle?

Tsunade, one of the worst things she did was before she was Hokage. She poisoned Jiraiya!!! Stupid Tsunade. She doesn't make good decisions or bad decisions they just are, I don't think she has been faced with anything important yet. I mean the Pain battle healing everybody but that didn't even matter in the end because the whole village was basically dead anyway and Naruto got Nagato to bring them back, so that is really a plus for Naruto.

And Danzo was never really the Hokage, and neither was Kakashi

I don't totally agree with that. Sasuke made his choices, his fault.
Itachi could have avoided that, by killing him, Orochimaru, Jiraiya and Tsunade could have prevented Konoha's destruction, by killing the Orphans.
There is allways some event that can prevent bad things from happening, but in some cases, people will judge others based on that event and will blame them and burn them like witches.

I wont argue anymore, and I hope Itachi fans wont see your comment or it will happen a shit storm.

war orphans is a total different case. they didnt have to kill them, but at they same time they didnt have to train them either

he is a good shinobi, father, husband ect. But not the best hokage. Seriously if you go read the manga again kushina said their was no reason for him to die. He put his duties as a father and husband before his duties as hokage. I didnt say he was a bad hokage just not the best.
