idk aboutt the first part but shisui would win with KA is the ultimate genjutsu that can be used in once in 10 years, the guy would basically control nagato. And itachi would also lose to this jutsu dude its mad op that is why it has a ten year limit.

he is amazingly strong man but he can't beat madara he can't even hit him and shisui just has to use one KA to win stop getting so pissed about it and curse me off i am just stating what they can do and they can beat nagato stop getting so pissed about it.

i honestly dont know wht to do here even though we know has all these powerful techniques and can easily kill shisui with any of them i really dont know how he would defend against ka because in a instant it would control him when the fight starts. but is it possible for nagato to send a shinra tensei in a instant just more faster than shisui can activate ka and be assured the wave could kill him cause i beleive that is his fastet technique.

Umm btw madara has the rinnengan and i believe in narutowiki it's said he can use shinra tensei (that tech that nagato used to blow konoha in 1 move as u said) , to be honest i like nagato way more than any uchiha, but this is a shisui win.. KA doesnt even require eye contact.. so yeah.. shisui wins
