Umm btw madara has the rinnengan and i believe in narutowiki it's said he can use shinra tensei (that tech that nagato used to blow konoha in 1 move as u said) , to be honest i like nagato way more than any uchiha, but this is a shisui win.. KA doesnt even require eye contact.. so yeah.. shisui wins

Personally, I believe that the win goes to nagato hands down, because nagato is not only a direct descendant of the sage of six paths but, a prize disciple of jiraiya I want even go into his history but, even itachi feared facing or running into jiraiya and itachi with a ninja companion barely escaped with their lives when jiraiya was protecting naruto from being captured.Itachi is shisui's rival so shisui can't win because nagato destroyed jiraiya as if he was his prey for dinner and he has the rinnegan,the father of all dojutsu's.Shisui don't have a chance.Even at nagato's weakest state because, of all of the supernatural jutsu's that he acquired from being the sage of the six path's descendant he'll beat him.The only reason naruto survived the battle with nagato was because nagato gave up his life for the other ninjas and he did it in sympathy of what he did.

shishu jutsu has a weakness even though it has a ten year delay
this is the basic genjutsu rule,
you just need to notice the disruption of your chakra flow if we knew more about his abilities than it would be better to decide.
he has a rinnegan he may be able to tell because he see's chakra.
