Lava Jutsu

Lava isn't a bloodline.

The third used something that was sort of a lava technique in his battle against oro, anyway.

And I'm not getting rid of my lava jutsus either way. Nor is Elias. Or Madara.

i wasn't wanting you to... that's why i said don't limit it to 4 tails aswell... otherwise it's a very select amount of people... but it could still be bloodline i suppose... what's to say konohamaru might not be able to do it later ^_^

and yes i know asuma never showed anything to do with lava but i suppose not everything might get passed on.

think about how some things in genetics skip a generation ^_^

The 3rd used an earth jutsu, then a fire jutsu to turn it into lava, so it wasn't a REAL lava jutsu. . .


And, more importantly,

The lava jutsu used by the Four-Tails wasn't a kekki genkai, it was a skill given to him by his BIJUU

If one can use rasengan without rasengan-ing one's hand, and naruto can add wind without cutting himself up too much, one should be able to add amaterasu without hurting oneself too much, other than the natural drawback amaterasu has.

the difference is amaterasu is also generating an immense amount of heat which radiates outwards... like standing close to a bonfire, you don't touch it but feel the heat... but much much much worse...

you would have to contain that heat too... the sharingan has been proven to extinguish amaterasu though so may be able to suppress it too.

A bijuu can perform the element, so it should, in theory, be performable by normal shinobi.
