do u not knw nothing? without using chakra in ur taijutsu its like a feather. did u hear about tsunade? she concentrates all her chakra to her hand to make hit hit harder just like chojis butterfly bomb. without chakra he mine as well stop trying everything uses chakra in naruto. raw taijutsu is chakra. and chakra is what samaheda eats. might gai isnt nothing to kisame. lol he had to go 6 gates on a kisame who used only 3 jutsus and he was only at 30% of his power.

I think guy wins this hands down, people say that samheda would give kiss the win but the truth is guy uses ti jitsu with superhuman speed and strength. he doesn't use ninjutsu that much so there is no chakra for his sword to suck up, to be honest with you guy is the perfect match up for a character who main focus is sucking up the chakra of his opponent, dont forget in the gates mode he not using chakra he's taking his physical abilities beyond superhuman modes...

it true thats what make gguy the perfect fight for kissame he uses pure physical attacks no chakra it just seems that way beut he explains that the aura he projects is just sweat, his body is performing at such a high level that it looks like chakra energy

Its cool bro i see you dont get it so i will explain, chakra is spiritual energy which the user summons from the inner self/soul which is therefore used to enhance ones physical or energy based attacked. A person does not use spiritual energy to throw a punch, thats all muscle fibers and tendonds aswell as skeletal structure. guy uses a tech that takes those muscles and tendonds to levels unheard off, his gates are not base on this spirit energy but making his physical superhuman that is why he is the best match for kiss and would probably win most of the times

A person does not use spiritual energy to throw a punch, thats all muscle fibers and tendonds aswell as skeletal structure. guy uses a tech that takes those muscles and tendonds to levels unheard off, his gates are not base on this spirit energy but making his physical superhuman that is why he is the best match for kiss and would probably win most of the times

He's correct tsunade's technique is different, and yes sahamada or wharever absorbs chakra, but the gates make chakra needed less. So when gai comes in close quarters and attacks, kisame gets hit when sahamada goes to heal kisame it won't be by much in fact I don't sahamada would be able to absorb enough therfore how would kisame be healed from a direct hit. Kisame tactics are close to pointless when fighting gai. Why do you think the series have them fight pure taijutsu against a ninjutsu/chakra absorber. Green beast > blue beast

I seen this episoed like Kisame and gai are great but their moves are so different kisame uses his samahada blade so he can't beat u gai sensei and that is how he kills him and gai sensei is weakling and when he gets so angr he goes up to the seventh gate but why doesn't he know that he can't even win against him because kisame is so strong and he beated so many characters in hidden leaf villages and other villages.:flaw::lili::shrug:<3<3<3:no_ignore:

I think Kisame would win as well, with samehada and the knowledge that Afternoon Tiger can't be sucked up by his shark jutsu then Kisame would never have waited there and gotten hit by it. Plus Guy with 7 Gates on had to be thrown by Bee and then jump off his turtle to catch up to Kisame, and Kisame was just waiting there so I feel like the gates doesn't increase his speed as much as everyone thinks it does. Like he wouldn't be insanely fast like A.

With Samehada Kisame can just use his chakra to heal himself, and if Guy gets touched by Samehada it is all over. Bee lost 6 tails worth of chakra in one swipe and I sure as shit know that Guy does not have 6 tails worth of chakra to give away. And Kisame still had plenty of fight left in him after Guy beat him up, he still managed to put everyone in a water prison and broke out of mokuton which suppresses chakra and then summon sharks. He could at least have killed Guy which no one seems to understand, he just didn't want to be captured.


EDIT: People seriously overrate the Gates, the Gates only allows you to fully utilize your body's full potential. In the Naruto world there are chakra blocks on the circulatory system so your body doesn't use it's full capabilities and wear itself down, the Gates just removes these. It doesn't increase your max potential speed and it doesn't increase your potential strength.

Someone who naturally has more strength and speed and chakra will always be faster than someone who has less but uses the gates. Kisame has an ungodly amount of chakra just like A and Nagato and Naruto and Jiraiya. That is why they naturally are stronger than other people, I mean naruto moved that stone toad statue without the toad oil when he was training for sage mode. And Jiraiya and A are super strong too, we don't know about Nagato because he has always been emaciated due to his chakra rods and paths technique.

I don't think the gates puts him on par with A's speed or Minato's or Naruto's. If it did then he would be more feared and widely known. I think that Guy in full gates is maybe equal in speed, not strength, to Naruto in sage mode. Never Kyuubi mode, and I don't think he is faster than Jiraiya in sage mode because Jiraiya is naturally faster than Naruto and sage mode augments your strength and speed.

they say like one line and if kisame has to use his tech did you not see his hands in the link clearly manipulating the water which otherwise would not create a shark missile he is not jiust standing there for no reason, and the attack was shown to be fast all there is one line(said by guy) everything else were thoughts. and then the explosion happened and there are no speed feats shown by kisame to dodge anything of that size that fast so until seen otherwise he can't dodge anything that fast. And the reason it was not as fast as instantb is becus it collided against the huge shark missile. guy mentions the tech is instant after he beats kisame, so unless you are saying guy is lying(which doesn't happen often in naruto actually never really happened other than madara lying to sasuke).

read the whole page carefully my friend they don't even share lines, guy says howl my youth and kisame is powering the jutsu and just thinks not really talks and gets hit pretty fast cos the afternoon tiger went straight through and kisame can't dodge an explosion that comes from it that fast without being heavily injured. And theere was only manga page they didn't wait for it to attack, and read the next page it was extremely big explosion which no way in hell kisame would avoid fast enough and would get injured heavily and much slower after which guy just has to take him out with taijutsu

Show me proof where it is not instant cos even though it collided with kisame's "ultimate" attack it easily passed through to make an explosion pretty damn fast and created a big blast on the next page really fast. so stop thinking the attack is not fast when it actually is. Stop blaming the writer and story just becos the character you like more just lost. It is just part of the story. And only one thing is clear from this you made it clear you "don't want" the attack to be fast even tho it was only one page and big explosion afterwards, not to mention it slowed down by kisame's strongest water tech the shark missile and still was fast.

The shockwave is instant after afternoon tiger connects, that was what Yamato was talking about. Not the attack itself, if it was instant then there would be no time between Guy shooting it and Kisame being hit so by definition you are wrong and will always be wrong if you keep trying to defend that point. Also Yamato apparently had time to tell everyone to brace themselves and they all did before the attack hit Kisame so once again the attack is not instant, but the shockwave afterwards might be.

And I like how you completely disregarded the part about Kisame never using that jutsu because the thread creator said FULL INFO, which means that Kisame would know that Guy uses taijutsu attacks so he wouldn't do it. The only way to properly argue is to address all points, something you are not doing.

Actually that guy is wrong about what chakra is so don't listen to him, chakra is a combination of spiritual and physical energy. The mental and the physical. Apparently alot of people on this site don't understand that chakra is used to do everything in Naruto, even walk. Lee and Guy use chakra just like everyone else.

There are several places they tell you what chakra is, when Naruto does his sage training, when Kakashi is injured by Zabuza and team 7 trains, and a few more times in part 1.


The gates doesn't increase his muscles or strength what it does is lets him use all of his chakra in a short amount of time, basically killing the body so he can reach his max potential power. Chakra is used in taijuts, just not as much as ninjutsu, but the way Guy fights uses as much or more chakra then ninjutsu would.

Lol but he never had samehada. Samehada is like 1/2 of Kisame. So it makes it wayy easier to kill kisame win he dosent have his other half
