Are Tailed-Beasts measured in strength By how many Tails it has??

no trust us the more tails the more power, i think thats one of the reasons taht konoha only had 1 tailed beast, cause they had the strongest

I wasn't doubting more tails means more power, i just think the four tails kicks ass, its probably my favorite or my second favorite

That isn't true at all, the chakra was never equal. More tails=more chakra, don't make stuff up please. Yeah the jubi was divided but it was never into equal amounts.
