Shisui also knew that there is gonna be war if nobody wouldn't kill entire Uchiha clan. So he wasn't enough powerful or he wasn't able to do it, because he was dedicated to the clan, but he knew that it was the only option.
Why wouldn't Itachi replace his eyes with shishu mangekyo sharingan.

it has to be a siblings eyes to gain ems. also itachi could have used the eye for himself but he wouldnt be able to deactivate it. furthermore you can only use shisui's MS genjutsu once every decade. that means it's pretty much useless besides one fight. furthermore why would itachi have to deal with sasuke with shisui's eyes? at the point of itachi's death he didnt know sasuke would turn bad so he had no reason to use shisui's eyes on him. itachi's plans were to die if he would have had shisui's eyes it would have fallen in to the hands of madara which itachi didnt want to happen. also itachi's MS is better (not necessarily stronger) than shisui's. itachi can use amaterasu, susanoo, and tsukuyomi whenever he wants not just once a decade. i think itachi would rather have his own powerful eyes rather than have the powerful eyes of another that you cant fully control or use at free will.
How those eyes weren't his brother's eyes??? He would have needed to wait 10 years for mangekyo and during that 10 years he wouldnt have been able to use Tsukuyomi(uses left eye) and susanoo(both eyes) if he was have planted his eye straight away. After a few years he noticed he only had a few days/weeks to live and seeing the Mangekyo has still activated he hid it in Naruto.
Im guessing you meant if nobody would've killed the entire Uchiha Clan. So he wasn't powerful enough.
And Itachi would've killed the entire clan anyways. And i think he was a really powerful ninja. The only reason i could think of is that he didnt want to betray either his villiage or his clan, so he took the easy way out... dieing!

That was not Itachi intention he could have been the most powerful person in the manga or at least in top 3 easily with EMS.
He knew what he did was wrong but in order to protect the village and Sasuke so he decided to plan his death by Sasuke. This restoring the Uchiha name again and Sasuke being called a hero. He was going to die either way so why have EMS.
Also he only had the one eye don't think it would have worked.

Who would've imagined shisui was this powerful? Now i know why madara wanted shisui's sharingan so badly, shisui really is the most talented uchiha(can't beleive i'm marvelling at shisui's abilities) so shisui has doryoku and kotoamats... Alongside his special shunshin no jutsu. Back on topic itachi can't gain ems from taking shisui's eyes but he could've used it on madara or maybe madara is invinsible against such an attack... Idk

after kabuto use oruchimarus jutsu to get itachi alive and itachi use shisui´s is itachi so real alive ore have what´s going to happen to him ??
According to Itachi, Shisui's eye takes a decade to charge so if he transplanted it, it would take a decade for him to use it. However, if one has Hashirama's DNA, it's a whole different story.

As strong as Shisui's genjutsu may have been, he already had his own version of the technique which may have been weaker but was effective.

And people were fighting for Shisuis eye, so Shisusis death would be meaningless if Itachi would have taken his eye, peope would just keep on fighting for the eye of Shisui.
And it was never said that you need the MS of an family member to gain EMS.
He wouldn't of Gained EMS if he took his eyes,
You have to take the eyes of your siblings to gain EMS i think
All he would of gained is the genjutsu from that eye, and like someone said it would mess with susanoo
Actually if shisui had the mangekyuo, killing him and then taking his eyes would(should) have given itachi EMS.Why would he?
he set out on his mission and the only way for him to fulfill it would be if he died.
That would just be a complete waste of a great Eye.

Had itachi transplanted shisui's eye, gained ems or his doujutsu ability, and possibly confronted madara and took control OR sasuke for that matter, and changed their motives....
Hmm... possible, i guess ??? but its really far fetched and i doubt Itachi would have wanted shisui's eye to be used in vain.
