My thoughts on the return of itachi's gift is that he had predicted that he was going to be used as a edo tense summoning, and he had planned to use the gift he gave to naruto to set him free from the jutsu maybe just freeing his soul or allowing him to do as he pleases until he cancels the jutsu himself. Im hopeing that sasuke shows up and talks to itachi before it's too late, considering how much he cares about itachi... I think itachi could completely change sasuke if he talked to him for about 5 minutes or longer to explain everything and try to turn sasuke back to a good guy... I think he should fight naruto first to keep the momentum up, but then after he should become a good guy again cause naruto as good as he is... He cannot take madara on his own. He will at least need sasukes help, I know people will disagree but think about it like this.

Naruto is the type of ninja who will attack first and maybe, just maybe think of a plan. Basically he will charge in with a resengan and he will need someone to help him out cause madara's got a rinnegan, and a sharingan so he will be way bigger problem than pain...(unfortunately pain most likely isn't better than madara, I think if it was just madara vs 6paths of pain, hands down on pain winning. But since madara has his own group of six that are all jinchuriki's with sharingan and a rinnegan, they would beat pain. Personally I think pain was a far better villain and he to me seemed much cooler than some dude in mask) but back the topic. Sasuke is a great uchiha probably really close to madara now that he has a ems, but he alone cant defeat madara he would need to have someone to keep madara distracted and not have to worry about trying to save them. Both naruto and sasuke always have done extremely well against the odds when they work together. I figure that if they both fight madara, nethier will die... Alone ether will die.

Idk just my opinion

Hopeing to see SOMEONE Stitch up hidan and bring him into the war, he will kill so many people it will be a great game changer. I'm still wondering when the shinobi alliance will lose some known ninja.. Like come on, we see a bunch of no-name ninja die but no one that we have seen in naruto or naruto shippuden die during this war besides edo tensei solider's. Like they should kill at least a handful of people that we know, (just giving names as examples, so anyone who is a fan don't take this seriously) like might guy, rock lee, temari, kankuro, choji, or anyone else.. We just need to make this war more serious.

Next chapter I think itachi will set himself and maybe even nagato free with the crow that he summoned from naruto, and probably cancel out the edo tensei technique and not getting a chance to talk to sasuke. Madara will start to move towards naruto and bee, and most likely we will see kakashi again or kankuro's group... Hoping to see sasuke show up and enter the battlefield or have madara teleport back and get sasuke and continue towards naruto.

i read a couple of predictions on other sites that i dont think will happen. but would be great if they did. naruto making his own ninjutsu. pulling out shadow clones and turning them into 1-4 holkage and they can do their own moves.

But does anyone remember after itachi died plant boy and madara where talking about how it was them that got itachi sick. and that he didn't know it was them.

maybe he did and put like 80 percent of his life force into the crow. I didnt think crow would come out till naruto wanted to kill sasuke. then talk sasuke back to good. so this might be itachi knowing naruto will turn sasuke back to the good. he wants to get back at madara. if so i think itachi will pull out his sansanos sword and shield for zombies and take out most of madaras forces. use all his power tell naruto he beleives in him. and then disapear. I think madara will get owned by a 9tail naruto on each new 6paths. but is able to get away. then madara will pull out sasuke . then epic time

paper girl tells alot about madaras weakness with his teleporting naruto will have the speed to catch him at a weak point. but in the end he will need sasuke.

Did anyone notice that the sage of the six paths' eyes are a mix of the rinnegan and the sharingan? check the top left panel in chapter 510 page 11 and you can faintly see the little tomoes in his rinnegan eyes.

I don't know maybe it's my imagination. But ever since Naruto had the chakra mode I think he had the 'yang' part of the sage's powers. Maybe Itachi is trying to give him the 'yin' part or Naruto will receive it somehow. Anyways, I think that eventually Naruto WILL have the same powers as the sage. I think that Madara and Kabuto are trying to become the sage. however in the end, Naruto will be the one who does and surprises all of them :)

I think the crow will be a guide. It can be Itachi's summon "Yatagarasu". According to Shinto lore, Yatagarasu was sent to Earth by Amaterasu to help and guide an emperor to victory. Itachi did use the Amaterasu eye and the crow came out...

It most likely won't happen, but if it does happen it will make things alot better. We haven't seen what itachi is capable when he isn't sick, we just saw a weakened version fight sasuke and still have the power to kill him but didn't. Itachi was a true hero to die as he did, it's a shame sasuke is mad at the wrong people.

If he got a chance to talk to itachi again, I think he would change to a good guy or at least be more open minded. I think naruto will be able to kill sasuke but from everything leading up to this point I don't think naruto would do it. At that point I think madara will show up and take naruto when he is in his weakened state and return back to his hideout with sasuke and try to use the ritual to take the nine tails... Possibly around this point sasuke would stuck between the thought of letting madara kill naruto with the ritual or save naruto and kill madara as a team. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out, but i know one thing for sure, naruto cannot defeat madara by himself.

i think that would be a really good fight to see naruto and sasuke vs. madara but the only thing is kabuto would probably show up and i think he has the so6p or the 1st or whoever that madara was scared of and naruto and sasuke would lose

Yeah kabuto is a snake, but I don't think he would show up to save madara maybe send edo tensei solider's to help him but not to come to his rescue. I think kabuto wants to be the next and top villain around and by doing this he would only delay his entrance into that role. Besides if he shows up, yeah whoevers in that box would pose as a problem but at that point madara may turn on him if that edo tensei person is fighting naruto and sasuke.... Madara isn't stupid and I don't think he will allow himself to become kabuto's B**** like how kabuto was orochimaru's. Ether way kabuto will die if he shows up, it would draw out the anime even if madara died at the end off this war and kabuto had his own little saga for a while and at the end of this all we would see who was in the coffin from a flash back from madara when he is dieing and telling naruto and sasuke that it's his brother! Or father!

"Why is this crow coming out of my mouth!?" Naruto says as the crow fully emerges and stares down Itachi.

Itachi uses Amaterasu on Naruto but as the flames approach they slowly get smaller and smaller disappearing, following that Itachi uses Tsukuyomi, that also fails.

"Naruto, that crow was created as a defensive measure, I gave you my power of stopping my own attacks, and when I fought Sasuke, right before I died I transferred my powers over to him." Itachi says

"I don't understand, you mean I can stop Sasuke's attacks?!" Naruto says

"Well, you can stop Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, other than that I am not sure, the power of the sharingan also give the Uchiha the power to stop their attacks, like stop the flames of Amaterasu, and when I gave that power to you, I gave you my ultimate defense." Itachi says

"Damn it, Itachi, he didn't even plan on fighting Naruto and yet he has really made me a problem here." Kabuto says

Bee jumps up in between Itachi and Naruto, "Naruto take out Nagato, Itachi will be easier to defeat on his own, I'll hold him off." Bee says

Naruto begins charging Nagato, Nagato is unable to dodge because of Naruto's speed and Naruto hits him with Rasengan "Naruto you need to seal me immediately.." Nagato begins to say as he realizes Naruto already slapped a piece of paper on his chest.

"That will seal you for the immediate future but it won't hold long, I need a sealing team to finish the job." Naruto says as Nagato falls to his back unable to move.

Naruto turns to see Itachi fully attacking Bee, they are dead even in every attack, Naruto see's Itachi activate tsukuyomi and leaps down in front of Bee stopping the attack.

"Naruto, when you fight my brother, don't hold anything back." Itachi says

"Oh don't worry, I have every intention of putting the biggest beat down on him." Naruto says with a grin on his face.

"Naruto just be prepared, if my brother joined with Madara, Madara will try to get him to use my eyes so he can activate EMS, and if he does that my brother's power will grow ten fold." Itachi says

"Itachi, as I said, this is only chakra mode, I have another one that I plan to use against Sasuke." Naruto says

"That is thanks to me too!" Bee yells

"Good to hear, you are truly my brother's rival, now, finish me." Itachi says

Naruto uses shadow clone jutsu and begins running at Itachi, Itachi begins dodging all of Naruto's attacks reading his every move with Sharingan, all of a sudden one of the Naruto throw a giant Shuriken at Itachi, Itachi barely has enough to react but dodges the shuriken, as he faces the other Naruto he feels something hit his back..

"That attack was the first attack Sasuke and I used when we fought one of the seven swordsman, I promise I will stop Sasuke." Naruto says as Itachi falls to the ground.

As Itachi's MS deactivates the crow flies back down Naruto throat, Naruto falls to the ground choking.

"OH MAN! Why couldn't you have made a smaller bird Itachi." Naruto yells.

"Ugh Naruto you always seem to get in my way, at least one good thing came from that battle, there is a way to defeat Madara, I just need some time to figure out how to do it." Kabuto says as he shifts his focus back to the kage.

"Bee can you send the signal to the sealing team they need to come this way now?" Naruto asks

"Yeah no problem, where are we off too next?" Bee asks

"Tsunade said Kakashi's unit has been fighting the longest, maybe we can go there and help them out, it shouldnt be too far from here." Naruto says

"The signal was sent, lets get out of here." Bee says

"Lady Tsunade, it appears that Naruto and Bee defeated two other ninja, one named Itachi Uchiha and the other Bee called Nagato." a ninja reports.

"So he brought back Itachi." Tsunade says

"Wasn't he the one who massacred the Uchiha Clan?" Ei says

"Yeah, I don't know how they were able to do it, but it is lucky they were able to stop those two, if they fought anyone else, it would have meant death for that person." Tsunade says

"Report, we just recieved word that the Kazekage and Tsuchikage are battling the former Mizukage, Tsuchikage, and Raikage!" a ninja says

"MY FATHER?! THAT SCUM! THATS IT IM GOING TO HELP!" Raikage yells as he runs out the door

"Let them know Raikage is on his way" Tsunade says

Naruto 550: A Hope Revealed


The crow flies out of Naruto's mouth and circles above his head, the MS swirling in its eye.

Naruto: "Itachi! what is that thing? What did you put into me?!"

Itachi: "Something to help you fight my little brother naruto, do you remember when you fought my doppleganger alongside Kakashi senpai?"

Naruto flashbacks to the fight with Itachi when they were going to Rescue Gaara.
He remembers being caught in the Genjutsu.
He remembers Grandma Kyo telling him "If the fight is one-on-one then you run!".
He remembers Kakashi telling him how it all happens in an instant.

Naruto: "Yeh i remember, i'm not all that good against Genjutsu, never have been but I've got my chakra mode now!!". Naruto Drops out of chakra Mode, "Taju Kagebunshin no Jutsu", a hundred naruto clones leap towards itachi.
Naruto: "all i have to do is get out of chakra mode and i can get out of any genjutsu!!"

Itachi appears directly behind naruto, "You can't afford to get caught up in it in the first place naruto!"
He grabs naruto by the throat and stabs him in the back with a Kunai.

Naruto: "Aaargh"

Itachi: "I'm sorrry naruto, i wish i had failed this mission too!"

He dissapeare from behind naruto and reappears next to nagato. The two summoned creatures also dissapear leaving nagato and Itachi facing naruto and Bee.

Naruto: "What do you mean you wish you had failed?!! naruto is still standing holding his back looking severely hurt.

Itachi: "I don't have time for that naruto, it won't help you to know anyway. But you need to know about that crow!"

Nagato turns to itachi:" I have some control, I'm doing it now, I won't be able to give you long, do what you must". He sits on the floor and creates hand signs, a massive Seal appears on the floor surrounding both itachi and nagato"

Kabuto: what the hell???!!! why are they not returning to me?!! what are you doing Nagato!!

Naruto: "what the hell is that"?!!

Itachi: "Naruto we don't have long, listen. I knew if my little brother ever chose to follow madarra then it wouldn't be long before he got my eyes too. I don't know what abilities he'll possess but the level of battle that you two must face at that time will be higher than a battle between kages. You cannot afford to have a weakness against the sharingan even if only for a second, that is where that crow comes in".

The crow suddenly dives towards naruto and flies back into his mouth.

Itach: No genjutsu will work on you whilst that is there naruto it will absorb any genjutsu thrown your way even my Tsukoyomi. It will also...

The seal on the ground suddenly dissapears and two caskets rise from the ground behind itachi and nagato. The lids close over them and they dissapear.

Naruto: !!???!
Bee: ??!!?!?

Kabuto is sitting back now with a big smile on his face loooking all relaxed. " You two did give me a little trouble but since you completed your mission all is forgiven".
He holds up a vial in front of his blade full of blood. We see a flashback of naruto as itachi pulls back a vial of the blood from where he stabbed him.

Kabuto: "Now Naruto kun, alive or dead you will be my puppet"

From the shadows: "I was about to say the exact same thing"

Kabuto:!!!!!

the scene opens wit itachi’s crow coming out of naruto’s mouth
itachi: its a good thing that i left it with you. you are the only one who i could trust with that
bee: WTF is that

the scene switches to kabuto

kabuto: (damn you itachi. even in death you mock me. madara called me a careful person but its actually you who doesnt seize to amaze me. you planned everything and foresaw every outcome. you were a dangerous man to deal with. no wonder orochimaru sama lost to you)
the scene switches back
the crow emerges completely and naruto has a sick expression on his face.

nagato: isnt that one of yours itachi?

itachi: yes, before i fought sasuke, i gave some of my powers to naruto kun. I knew that sasuke was clean as a canvas and anyone could paint it. I also knew that madara would try to approach him and he did. As a fail safe, I implanted an amaterasu in sasuke’s eyes to kill madara but that didnt work. Luckily it wasnt my only fail safe

naruto is now engulfed in a strange chakra and this chakra is merging with his kyuubi mode. everyone is shocked at the sight.

nagato: it cant be
itachi: this is beyond anything that I had ever imagined
bee: what the hell is going on????

itachi: I understand that naruto belongs to the uzumaki clan and thus has the senju blood in him. now that he has the kyuubi under his control he has its massive chakra reservoir. he was practically the body of the sage of 6 paths. now with the powers of an uchiha, he is……
kabuto: the sage himself

everyone is shocked at kabuto’s sudden appearance.
bee: where did you come from?

kabuto: I am in search for the truth of ninjutsu…. what could be more appropriate than to meet a sage of 6 paths himself… am i right naruto kun??

naruto faces the rest. he has the rinnegan and has a calm expression on his face……
