[Discussion] Could there be two Madaras?

When Madara meet Kisame and Itachi he had long hair. The same when he fought Hashirama, but when he fought Minato he had short hair. He has short hair now. Maybe he just like to change hair styles or could there be two of them?

If I am not mistaken the timeline will be

long hair--Hashirama fight
short hair--fight with Minato
long hair--meet with Kisame
long hair--meet with Itachi
short hair-- the present time

there are large gaps between hashirama and minato fight and that of minato to the the others.
adequate time for him to make his hair long...

But honestly, at this point, nothing with Madara would surprise me anymore.

He has a clone of the first Hokage growing in a cave, he's clearly made atleast partly of Zetsu-like stuff, he's got the Jinchuuriki as his six paths each with a sharingan and rinnegan...

It seems like every time Madara does something, or we learn something new about him, it's at least a little surprising (to me, at least). So at this point, I'm pretty much expecting anything and everything to happen.

wondered about that too.
i think it's like that:
long hair--Hashirama fight
short hair--fight with Minato
long hair--meet with Itachi
long hair--meet with Kisame

i think kishi wanted to make the current madara more badass and therefore made madara more like he's now in the arc against minato. oddly that disturbs the time-line and leaves the question weather the flashback where itachi meets madara is closer to the uchiha-massacre or immediately after the attack of the kyuubi, since the hair is completely different.
