There's no reference that A's speed is better than Minato. This thread b/w Minato and A is never ending...

Lighting Armor is A natural ability, cause he is using is own chakara. Minato uses FTG to appear to move faster. The most logical answer to the proposed question is A cause he using is natural ability. A IS FASTER!

It would have been a better debate, if A in Lighting Armor raw speed, is faster than Naruto in Sage Mode. Natrual ability verses natrual ability. Now That Is A Good Debate.
Answer unknow but you also must recall its not just Minato in FTG tech that makes him that fast, The Raikage's sensor at the 5 Kage Summit says that he is moving at the same speed as t he 4th Hokage wich I don't think could be checked with comparison to the FTG. And they ARE both TEch one seems unfair but thus is the ninja world fair or unfair you still end up dead if your not as good. And how many ninja have we seen with the ability to summon themselves? So . . . Minato is the only one able to do that or you misinterpret FTG tech which we know so little about. We don't know enough to decide.
But to correct you Supa. We know next NOTHING about Minato as we've seen it wasn't just his ninja tools that he used. He CREATED the rasengan, had accesss to the forbidden jutsu and was a genius, one in a generation ninja.

Actually to correct you, and I'm not just trying to pick on you as no one seems to get this, all taijutsu requires chakra. Every little thing a person does requires chakra even walking around. It is a combination of the physical and spiritual energy of a person. And some taijutsu requires more chakra then others but still it all uses chakra.
For example Lee, when Sasuke copied Lee's speed and taijutsu it wore Sasuke out more because he hadn't really trained to be that fast he was just copying Lee's chakra levels when Lee was moving.

ok from now on, ppl, do not say that A has a level 2 raiton sheild. It's like saying that Naruto goes to his favorite noodles shop. He asks for Spicy noodles. After he gets his food and finishes, he says that it's not spicy enough. And then the worker says, daaang, that's one of our spiciest. So then he makes the noodles, and the spice he used for the last batch of noodles,he dumps all of it on the new one and gives it to naruto. it's basically that same thing. When the Raikage was battleing Sasuke, remember when his hair got spike suddenly? Raikage just put more chakra, it's not a level 2 sheild. It's like saying that when Naruto makes Odama rasengan, it's "level 2 rasangan"And for u see, Minato uses a tool when moving faster. When using a tool, u actually can have a lvel 2. It's liked a mach plane. Mach 1, mach 2, mach 3, they're all different levels. BUT THEY R DIFFENT LEVELS OF AN INVVENTION! not human speed. Minato's thunder god technique is Minato's invention. And also, a ninja is a ninja, they do whatever to be the best. Cheating, lying, brains, strength,power, skill, etc. It doesnt really matter, doesnt matter if the Raikage's sheild is his chakra, doesnt matter if minato's Thinder god is a technique, all it matters is if one is faster than the other, and so, minato is the faster one.

supa you really are going hard to prove something you cant. even when kishi had the character tell you himself and i qoute (i am the fastest shinobi now that the 4th is dead. end qoute) seriously dude lighting armor is a technique. ftg is a technique your point is meaningless just say hey i like the the raikage more than i like the 4th and nothing you guys or kishi can say can change that. ok so the raikage is faster even if raikage says naruto your pops was faster but my supa fanboy supa says im faster and kishi is liar.have a great day supa.

Tsukuyomi is ITACHI'S!!!! Danzo said it, and other people (can't remember who), say that Sasuke's is a far cry from Itachi's Tsukuyomi!!!! Where HE (Itachi), could control, space, time, and even mass!!! Sasuke got it from Itachi when he died!
Amaterasu.....is/was also ITACHI'S!!!!! And when he died, he transfered it to Sasuke to try to till Madara/Tobi when he showed his sharingan.....
Susano'o was also ONLY ITACHI'S!!!! He (Itachi) even said, "the third power that awoken in my eyes when the mangekyou was awakened was susano'o"!!!! ITACHI SAID THAT!!!!
They were/are all HIS OWN powers that he gave to Sasuke!!!
look at Kakashi, can he use the above powers? NOPE!!!! Guess why???
not every ms gets the same power....

If you noticed too his eyes turned into Itachi's Mangkeyo Sharingan once he saw Tobi. But after he got his own Mangkeyo Sharingan, he retained that ability, meaning he had it to begin with
Susano'o is achieved by Mangkeyo Sharingan, which again Sasuke achieved. His Susano'o is more versatile than Itachi's because it has bow/arrows.
Kakashi is a special case.

Other than that part that didn't make any sense it was alright. Why would Itachi be able to control someone's mass? 'And now for my next trick you will wiegh 50 tons but only in my genjutsu', doesn't really make sense.
