Commentator "And so, after reckless battles and cunning tactics throughout this tournament, We have reached the hotly anticipated quarter-finals! We have in the red corner - Gatsndshanks; he's currently on a one-hit k.o streak though does he intend to continue it today or have a little fun with his so-called prey? and in the blue corner we have crow; he's the underdog in this fight and we've seen some surprising results so far and who knows, he could be the victor! Enough yapping, let's get to the rules!"

- Custom Jutsus are allowed.
- Custom Elements are decided by you.
- Kumi rewards are upto you
- Rei's rules and restrictions.
- No edits or re-do, however you can edit your move before your opponent replies unless Mugi points out a flaw in your move.
- No bio stealing.
- Killing allowed, but if your bio gets killed, it does not count.
- No arguing in the battle threads, leave it to VM's
- Breaking ANY of the rules, will in most cases get you disqualified from the Tournament and a rectal penetrating from Mugi.
- You may have the honour of the first move. The terrain is a vast dry plain with no water source and we start in Mid-range [keeping it fair]

I start at mid range with my 2T sharingan activated , first i create 4 lightning shadow clones (L1 , L2 , L3 , L4) , as soon as they are summoned to the field at mid-range from you my clone (L1) makes a giant wind blast while at the same time my clone (L2) makes a powerful fire blast which will be fused together with the wind ball creating a powerful fire/wind combo heading at your direction..........

Gazing at you activating your sharingan, I divert my gaze toward your torso due to knowing the sharingan's genjutsu capabilities. Moments after, I see more bodies appear beside you in the form of clones (still looking at the torso regions) at this moment, the air around the field begins to thicken and become covered in dense cloud almost instantly. This will bewilder you and your clone causing them, as well as you to be unable to see nothing but patches of coloured chakra because you see that the cloud is chakra-infused.

The cloud blocks your use of the sharingan and your view of me, furthermore; it makes things hard to breath as well as throw you all off your move and if left in this cloud for too long, your clones will disperse thanks to the suffocation. While this undergoes however, the ground underneath you and your clones compresses unbeknownst to you, covering a wide range (though still in short-range) as well as directly below you. I use the cloud as a mere decoy in order to deploy this technique and without you knowing, and at the slightest movement of you and/or your clones, the mines detonate (+20 damage thanks to my sword). Both of my techniques do not require hand seals whilst your wind technique requires two and seeing as you're aiming to combine them, you'd have to finish your wind technique beforehand.

Then using earth chakra, I go underground by creating fine sand underneath me and tunnel toward long-range, popping out in a completely new area before you are aware of it.

(Ninpou: Kumogakure no Jutsu)- Ninja Art: Hidden Cloud Technique

Description: Usable by most members of the Hidden Cloud village, this technique creates a very thick group of ground-level clouds that covers the battlefield. The clouds are many times thicker than mist from the Hidden Mist counterpart jutsu and thus makes it harder to see and even more difficult to breathe in the clouds. Cloud ninja have no trouble breathing as they reside at such high altitudes that they have grown used to the atmospheric pressure, but against regular shinobi unfamiliar with life in the Hidden Cloud Village, they could potentially suffocate if the clouds are not dispersed within 5 turns. Like the Hidden Mist counterpart, the clouds are made up of the users chakra, making it impossible for Sharingan users to effectively use their sharingan in the Hidden Clouds.

As i see your chakra is changing to use the cloud with my sharingan and since my two clones(L1,L2) were the ones performing the wind/fire combo not me i can actually do whatever i want , so as you make the the cloud i quickly make the required handseal at a fast speed and summon a hawk which will take me and my four clones on top of it and fly in the sky at mid range right before you make your mines , then suddenly you see a mist is beggining to form and blinding you by my clone (L3) and allowing me to see through the mist using my sharingan(as every indiviual person has a different color of chakra and i should be able to see you since you have a different color of chakra than my own) , and while my clone L3 is making the mist fast , my clone L4 exhales three headed dragon-shaped fireballs at your direction which you won't see coming....

As both me and Mugi have pointed out, your mist would not work and it would just make it worse for you due to having my chakra-induced clouds and your chakra-induced mist. Also, because I was going toward long-range, your fire technique wouldn't hit and just to note, seeing as i've moved, you wouldn't have the slightest clue on my whereabouts; however, thanks to my hiding like a mole technique, I was able to temporarily know what it going on on the ground, meaning I'm aware that you and your clones are no longer present on the earth but in the sky, also apparent because the mines have not detonated.

I emerge above ground, in a somewhat kneeling motion, only to the sound of your fire technique colliding with my previous location in mid-range. Knowing you've gone into the air, I slap my hands on to the ground to cause the earth where my minefield are present to erupt into a large volcano structure rapidly, the size is increased thanks to my swords power to grant my earth techniques more power, this also powered up my earth mines beforehand. The volcano appears underneath you and thanks to the imbalance in the earth, it detonates the mines and causes catastrophic explosions; or in other words, the whole volcano blows up and slings large chunks of debris at you, your clones and your summoning.

Whilst you're dealing with the threat at hand, the skies start to dim and droplets of rain begin to fall across the battlefield, starting slowly but begins to downpour. This in-fact is chakra sensing rain and I'm sure you're aware of what it does, so I won't go into it. After employing my rain technique, I know where you are thanks to the disturbance in the rain but for now, I don't take direct action and instead I create clones of my own, though only three in contrary to your four. They appear in triangle-form ahead of me but two soon depart and run into mid-range whilst the other remains just in front of me.

as i see my vision blinded again by my own mist(which was stupid of me and your volcano has no effect since you don't know my exact location in the sky) my clone L1 prepares his lightning chakra within ready for attacking while L2 is preparing his fire chakra at the same time. , meanwhile my hawk is moving his wings as a fast rate to blow away the mist i made along with your cloud which would take like 4 seconds , then as soon as i see you when the mist clear up my clone L1 that has been preparing his chakra before hand instantly makes a blinding light emenating from his body blinding you and making you fall under my genjutsu which will make you see that your sword is attacking you on it's own while your beggining to make your rain(as it will take sometime for you to change between elements), while my clone L1 is making the light to emente my clone L2 makes a giant ball of fire to hit you at the same time you are blinded and fallen into the genjutsu and instantly blow you away killing you...

Note: i believe that it counts as a move when my hawk is blowing away the cloud with the mist cause it's a ninjutsu.

The mist along with the cloud slowly starts to be pushed away by the gale from your hawks wings (this is debatable but whatever) and I see a clone's body shining a blinding light which catches me off guard. 'Tsk'. After that, the whip of mine stars to levitate or try to attack me on its on, which I catch and knowing nothing can touch the weapon or nothing has been done to enable it to move on its own, I become suspicious of it being a genjutsu and so I enter curse mark to disrupt my chakra and snap me out of it, only to see a ball of fire coming my way at rapid speed. Your view of me however is hindered thanks to this ball of fire but you believe everything is going as planned.

Being in a kneeling position as stated before, my earth chakra flows through my body and alters my skins composition to a steel-like state with +40 defence (thanks to my curse mark and whip) also, in this position, I focus chakra at my feet and hands to keep ahold of the earth. Essentially, i withstand the full force of the blaze ball with no repercussions and contrary to your belief, I'm alive.

During the impact and the blaze ball expanding upon contact, devastating the area. Using the already preexisting hole that I used earlier for hiding like a mole, I use it once more to go underground and undetected deep underground and soon enough, I reemerge amongst the debris of the former volcano which has now completely deteriorated, hiding out of sight (in mid-range to you but hidden). Once the aftermath has ended, you become aware that I'm not there...

As i see your curse mark with my sharingan(different chakra colours again) i quickly gather up lightning chakra in my mouth and spew two large lightning bolts at your direction , meanwhile my clones L3 & L4 (who aren't doing anything) jumps off the back of my hawk onto the ground at mid range to you and while they are in the air they make the handseal required for making one giant swamp , and the second they land on the ground they make the swamp and sends you to your sudden death.............

Sorry but the lightning elemental clones is different than other clones because it's very similiar to the standard shadow clones , it's made out of lightning chakra but it can use every technique the user has just like in it's description apart from the self damaging techniques.

i have already explained that this issue has been resolved countless times that elemental clones can only use their respective elements and now this match is on hold as i will speak with mugi about the whole match

note to crow: you can't see gats through the fireball, he can see through the ball, but gats is still surrounded by clouds...
the hawk wouldn't be fast enough to blow all those clouds and mist away
and the shadow clone issue shall be resolved after conclusion of tournament

Since your latest move is invalid, we'll be starting from the end of my move. After appearing from underground, behind you amongst the debris of the former volcano and knowing where you are now (thanks to the direction of the blaze ball/illusion pillar beforehand and also the cloud and mist clearing now) I quickly, pretty much instantly, generate a spear of lightning from my hand that pierces the belly region of your hawk and ultimately the blindside of you and your clones, unbeknownst to my attack. The moment the spear hits however, the hawk disperses and my spear separates into a pitchfork-like structure, slicing you and your clones individually. Once the spear kills a clone, it disperses into it's natural affinity - lightning and because the hawk wasn't gigantic, all of you would be in close proximity. You would be paralysed once a single clone disperses, so four of the the clones should have a dramatic effect but generally have been killed in this quick motion though it doesn't matter since in the said motion, you're sliced anyway but it's just an extra trivial detail.

As i notice that my hawk has been hit with your spear instantly my body changes it's skin color and wings come out of my back(Sasuke's cursed seal of heaven) and i fly to long range from you (short range from the hawk) evading the spear , and as i'm in the air i create a chidori and release all of it's chakra shaping it into a huge lightning bolt that i throw at you....

Once your clone and hawk are reduced to mere small plumes of cloud, I see you in CM form, evading my chidori and going into long-range. knowing you're fleeing, I stop my sharp spear. You reach the vicinity of long-range and begin charging your chidori on your hand and further building up lightning chakra to perform thunderclap, to which i retaliate by focusing my own chakra in the air. Soon enough, you shoot the lightning bolt toward me but as soon as it is released, it's sent back at you. The lightning bolt, not only it being an S-rank has been enhanced by your +20 but now thanks to my cursed form, it's been enhanced by +20 once more. It rips straight through you without you having time to retaliate.

due to my lightning bolts speed it would take sometime to be diverted to my direction again , so i see the lightning bolt is losing it's speed to be sent backwords to my direction , i make two handseals in a flash thanks to my cursed seal of heaven and send a powerful wind ball that hits the lightning completely overpowering it and continuing to head at your direction at a weaker state , as the wind heads at you i emenate a blinding light from my body to you blinding you and making you fall into my genjutsu where you will see a my hawk is formed back again and it's heading at you to rip you apart with it's claws.
