Ok so now concentrate on my newly found suiton chakra and starting from my guts i start spreading my suiton chakra slowly in various parts starting with my chest then into my shoulders and my neck then to my arms and hands to the fingers and from my neck to my face and then the scalp...also into my legs i distribute my suiton chakra!!!!
