ok ive been wondering around and ive come to some theory's with a lot of evidence!.....
1-itachis susano has to have some connection with naruto...i believe that this is related to itachis power's...the proof??? check out narutos necklace and itachis susano earing....

after seeing this i was like wow!!!
but there is still more...i believe that itachi gave sasuke some power (duh) that obvious but he also gave sasuke the magical weapons his susano had to sasukes susano.....but sasuke's uses it a little bit more different (like a bow and arrow but notice that the bow is the shield of itachis and the arrow is the sword from itachis susano even the gore that the sword comes out of is in sasuke's gets his ''arrows'')

...........but something is still missing...where is itachis susano cloque??? i believe thats the power he gave to naruto and the crow thing!!!

Itachi had sword of Totsuka which is something like spiritual version of Kusanagi,he had Yata mirror so those thing about Naruto's neck could be Yasakani no Magatama, third imperial regalia - jewel.

Maybe there is connection between Naruto,Kyubi,Itachi's gift and Jewel.

i'm sorry but NO...you may mean the same weapon....but not the same item....an arrow is a weapon...a blade is also a weapon....blade and arrow are the same in the sense that they are weapon but not the same item coz a blade is a blade the form is blade or sword not an arrow...whether it is located on the same spot, still the weapons are different....mind you if you believe that an arrow may become a blade but still of the same form...then its is up to you...for me a blade when it becomes an arrow is already deformed..meaning it has changed its form....
