(Katon: Rasenryuu)-Fire Release: Spiraling Dragon

Description: A rasengan elementally recomposed into fire chakra. It is recomposed in shape so that the fire rasengan sits in the open mouth of a fire dragon. The fire dragon engulfs the hand of the user without hurting him/her. When it makes contact the attack releases itself from the users hand completely and emerges into the form of an enormous fiery dragon that lunges forward, destroying anything in it?s path.
Note: Changing the element and or name of the attack without the users permission will count as copying the jutsu. User must know rasengan. Can only be used once per battle.

Most attacks will be stopped or grinded up by this defense.

This is attack is known to cut and grind as an added affect but when detonated it causes an explosion that obliterates a small area. This attack can be detonated any time the user wants to. The user can also weaken the attack for a smaller effect. At full power, this is attack is powerful to collapse a whole mountain. This attack can be thrown.

Once it reaches that point the Chidori comes out in the form of a lightning net and holds the target in place. This ends the users turn and then the opponent misses his next turn. This enusres the users attack hits next turn.

Description: The user drastically changes the temperature to extreme humidity and heat. All water, ice, snow, and any other form of water will evaporate. If it is snowing or raining it stops. All Suiton and Hyouton jutsus won't work for three turns. On the fourth turn all Suiton jutsus will work and all Hyouton jutsus C-Rank and above will work. On the fifth turn all moves will be usable again and the effects of this move will dissapear.

If the affected losses over a half of his stamina the seal will raise to level 1.His life points will be lost 2 times faster if hit.Cursed Seal Level 1 can be stopped only if the affected shinobi stops to attack for 1 turn.
Cursed Seal Level:Activated Seal Level 2
If the affected losses 3/4 of his stamina he will automatically raise the Cursed Seal to level 2.At level 2 the affected losses HP 3 times faster but his Chakra will raise by 50 points.
Note:The seal remains for life on the affected.But if the affected survives a fight with Cursed Seal level 2 activated he can use the Seal to his own purpose and activate it whenever he wants and as many time as he wants lossing only 100 HP if he activates the Seals.So u can call this technique a sword with 2 cuts.

The user does not need to be connected to the prison as the kage bunshin already is in contact with the mist. (Mist does not capture the user as the mist in this jutsu is controlled by the chakra of the user)
