As soon as you go under ground, I activate my 3 tomoe sharingan. You'r clone grab's me, I counter it by pulling A kunai knife out, jerking my leg's from his arm's, and leaping forward as the kunai are coming toward me, I leapt out of his hand's ignoring what you could do for now. I put the kunai knife downward in my hand and I easily counter you'r incoming shuriken with my kunai knife.
Next I throw the kunai at shisui following up with a few handseals.

Did you've seen Sasuke Blowe'd up when it was Sasuke against Itachi? And Kirin is in an eye blink, as you see the Latest Naruto episode you can see how slow the Zetsu's grows on the Body :|

You know that i'm laughing behind my Pc. Do you even read the Jutsu description IN AN EYE BLINK you can only dodge it with a TIME SPACE. No redo's Sasuke won, You failed at this one Minato didn't expected this from you.
To use kirin, yes you have to wait a full turn for the clouds and conditions to form then you have to say.... "I use chidori to control the lightning and use kirin" Or something along those lines.
But when it comes to it, i think mayfly can escape as long as its used as the opponent uses chidori taking control of the lightning... like when sasuke did, but i think once you control the lightning its too late.
