I smoke on occasion. Its not something I'll go out of my way to do, but if the opportunity arises I'll join in.

IMO weed will become legalized in the US at some point. It really doesn't make any sense for it to be illegal while alcohol is perfectly fine. Alcohol leads to thousands of deaths every year, much more than marijuana. Also marijuana has medicinal uses and can be a huge boost to the economy. Legalize it, tax it and sell it. Drug dealers will take a huge hit meaning crime rates will decline (not much, but a little), the economy will grow and people will be happy.

Its really a no brainer to legalize it. The only thing holding it back are conservative views on drugs.

Weed shouldn't be smoked, eaten, or even baked into cookies & brownies......Weed I believe is a depressant, that is still harmful, when smoked, to your body. And even if you use the "safe" way of implanting the drug in your system, it's still not right cause it effects your mind.....

And some people would even make the argument that if it's legal in Cali, or if cigarettes are legal, why shouldn't weed be?

First, Look yes cigars are dangerous, no? More harmful than weed I believe ....but I am not making any excuse for either of them....Cigarettes & Weed both effect your body, neither of them are good. LAME cigs are worse for you than weed i know cause i smoke both! weed effects your mind but it doesn't do it in a real negative way! it opens that mug up to many different things! tell you what i think if one smokes weed just even once they see things from a new and different perspective, and that perspective is totally for better more than worse cause i know that first hand XP, so if your too scared to try it and you can bash on it cause you don't know i suggest you try it and see for yourself !!!!!!!!

You do realize that as long as you have less than 28 grams on you in cali it's only a fine, right?

Also, yeah I do smoke weed fairly often. I also smoke cigarettes, but only when I smoke weed because it makes it SOOO smooth. I'm not addicted to cigarettes, it takes me like a month to finish a pack. I usually smoke on the weekends with friends before I go to a party, because being high is MUCH better than being drunk. I hate not having control over my body when I'm drunk. Anyways, I do believe weed will be legalized eventually.

Also the shit about it effecting your body or w/e... only if you do it EVERY day, and if you smoke blunts. Blunts are bad for you, but joints/brownies aren't bad for you
