Yeah, Like how Orochimaru was going to use the ritual over Sasuke, but since he was dieing, and Sasuke escaped the Ritual, He stole Kabutos body. And as Zerabitu Said, He planted some cells into Kabutos Body. Remember in (I dont know what chapter) how team of 8 (Naruto, Neji, Sakura, Yamato Etc.) saw Kabuto, and Neji saw that Orochimaru's Cells were covering half of Kabuto, and the right side of Kabuto was the looks of Orochimaru?

No, I don't think he died too soon. It was basically inevitable for him to be stepping aside since Tobi came along with such great magnitude.
Kabuto injected some of Orochimaru's cells to himself and the cells are slowly but surely taking over his entire body.
And one theory/prediction is that it iwll completely take over Kabuto and Orochimaru will come back. Not as his former self but rather as another persona in Kabuto's body.
Like a schizophrenic kind of way, something similar to Zetsu. That's what I believe and hope atleast. Would be totally creepy and would fit his nature and charasteristics anyway.
So to answer your question, no, he is not completely dead
Sasuke didn't destroy Orochimaru he absorbed him.... Itatchi sealed him in another dimention.....
Orochimaru didn't steal Kabuto's body nor did he plant his cells into Kabuto.
Kabuto did this all by himself after Sasuke destroyed Orochimaru
Then what was the little white snake that nearly gotten away? but got killed by the amaterasu of itachi
Sasuke sliced Orochimaru in to pieces, resisted the fusing process. What ever was left of Orochimaru was "sealed" or "absorbed" in to him. Yes after that he was sealed in the eternal Genjutsu.
Basically it was a part of Orochimaru.
