Yeah it does. The sage toads used Genjutsu with Jiraiya to help take out 3 paths.

Edit- Itach's best bet would have to be Susano'o to be honest.

Itachi Uchiha, he was already so strong with his sickness or disease. Jiraiya used a powerful Genjutsu in which he killed 3 paths of pain. So if Jiraiya is able to use Genjutsu on Pain, so can Itachi. And Itachi is a better Genjutsu artist.

btw my vote is Pain. 6 Pains against 1 Itachi is overkill.. Naruto and Jiraiya were able to take out all 6 and 3 respectably but Itachi doesnt have Sage mode and Rasendan in his arsenal..

Pain was for awhile the man in charge of Akatsuki and he had to be able to keep all the other rogue S Rank killer ninjas in line and make sure they all played nice right??

Pain has my vote.

idk... maybe Pain could gravity push the amaterasu away or have it absorbed by the Aborbing Pain..

Maybe Sasuno could also be absorbed

Tsukiyomi would be an issue cuz if one Pain made eye contact or looked at the finger than probably all the Pains would be done for.

Itachi was very strong but to be more realistic I don't think he can take 6 paths of pain I mean take a look at the dudes abilities and he was basically very sick too I mean was basically already dyin b4 attactin the leaf and I don't think his eyes were bein used 2 their full potential I mean for the eyes of the legendary so6p the've gotta be way stronger than that
