Ok lets start with:

Description: This technique is an altered version of Flame bullet using Senjutsu. The user fills their mouth cavity with oil, created inside the body using Senjutsu chakra. The user then spits out the oil and at the same time igniting the oil creating a giant flame equivalent to 10 flame bullets.
Note: Can only be used in Sage mode.

I focus a lot of regular chakra and takes a deep breath, then i try to gather senjutsu chakra in my throat and mix it with the regular chakra, i let this process happen slowly and steady until i feel i fully control it. Then i perform the handseals needed, and uses chakra manipulation gather some of the oil from my body in my mouth, and then i release the chakra in my mouth through my mouth, mixing it with the oil while i add a steady flow of fire chakra to the jutsu to ignite the oil. I spit 10 portions of these oil/chakra bullets.

Description: This technique bears resemblance to the Summoning: Toad mouth bind technique. However instead of warping the battlefield into the digestive tracks of a giant toad, the user reverse summons themselves and their opponents into the stomach of a giant toad and capture and isolate the target/s inside the stomach, cutting them off from allies and immobilizing their movements while the stomache starts crushing the opponent/s to death.

I focus high amounts of concentrated chakra into my gut and performs the handseals, then i slam my hand against the ground and releases all the stored up chakra at once. I'm not sure how to explain this, since this simply is a summoning technique with a few modifications, but i guess i do partly the same as i do when i summon stuff. I focus intensely on where i want to summon the animal, in this case where i want me and you to go, and also ensure that it's the right frog stomach we end up in >.<.
I begin to focus incredibly amounts of senjutsu chakra into my fists, and slowly molds and compresses it into a steady state, then i do a quick forward jab with both my fists, at the same time.
I focus another wave of Senjutsu chakra into my fists and prepares, i enter a standard battle stance and takes a deep breath, then i do the forward jab again, but this time, as my arms are stretched fully out, i release the Senjutsu chakra i prepared before, as a forward wave of concentrated chakra.

Dan, one question, is it possible to stop a Rasengan once you've formed? it dispersing it quickly? without smashing it against something.
If not, i just smash the Rasengans against the ground.
I stretch my hand forward, and focus extreme amounts of Senjutsu chakra into my hand, then i mix it with regular chakra, and use chakra manupulation to form a sphere in my hand, i make the sphere rotate by using chakra manipulation and by adding extreme amounts of chakra and Sen-chakra to it, i keep repeating this process until i have a great Rasengan in my hand.
If not, i just smash the Rasengans against the ground.

The rasengan is based on your control and flow of chakra, as long as you have control, you can slow the rotation and stop your chakra flow to stop the technique, so yes, you can stop it at anytime...
Ok time to learn FRS without hurting yourself, first gather sage chakra in your entire body, to protect you, then create a fuuton rasenshuriken, but enfuse it with sage chakra.
I focus entirely on gathering chakra and takes a deep breath, then i place a layer of sage chakra around my body, and keeps adding chakra to it to uphold it, then i gather incredible amounts of wind chakra in my hand, and creates the Rasen shuriken, but as it begins to form, i add a high amount of compressed senjutsu chakra to it, to increse it's power.
