Ok, well to enter sage mode you need to be able to control the chakra and energy that resides in all of nature. Once you can harness this power you will be able to increase your power and speed 10fold without damaging your body in the process... watch...
*Focusses gathering some sage chakra and focussing it into my hands... then i walk over to one of the giant toad statues and lift it up*

Easy, i've mastered tons of jutsu's that's a piece of pie.
*Goes to lift the statue, but uuuh don't exactly succeed in lifting it.
Uuuh, well it was close!!! It moved at least an inch!!!
Riiiggghhhtttt.... come here lad...
Sit on this step and begin to meditate, focus on nature and try to feel the energy within... im going to put some of this special oil on you to try and help you feel it, but later you wont need this...
*places some oil drops on your back*
Ok now focus, stay pefectly still and become one with nature.... oh and if you fail you turn into one of them statues.... xd

*Sits as still as possible and tries to become one with Nature, as i've done before with fire earth water wind and lightning, this time i just try to fuse all the elements together, to gain a higher understanding of nature, i keep trying to draw the nature energy closer and closer.
*your chest moves as you breath and you begin to look like a frog*
*Slaps you upside your head with a special stick, you change back*
Oh yeh, pa leant me his special stick, if i hit you with this, it knocks the nature energy out of you and stops you turning into a frog.... now try again....
*watches it lift up*Gathers all i have.
Tries to lift the statue with all my strength.

Oh yeh... you kinda need to build up more to control sage mode... it runs owt yano xd
*Sits down again, and beginst to gather natural energy, i focus completely on gathering the energy, and i slowly become one with nature itself, i feel the natural energy gathering, and sits completely still until i feel there's enough natural energy to lift the statue. I walk over to the statue, and tries to lft it using everything i've got.
