Neji would give Kisame a run for his money for sure. Yall are really underestimating the most talented Hyuuga!!! He's jonin and 1.yea Naruto and Sasuke are genins but they are the EXCEPTION in the manga!! they are Kage level ninjas!!! Sasuke fought all 5 kages, made Raikage lose an arm and killed Danzo and was still tryna fight Kakashi afterwards. Naruto single handly defeated all 6 Paths of Pain who killed Sage Jiraiya one of the legendary sannins, Kakashi, knocked Tsunade the Hokage into a long coma and killed/injured a whole bunch of really good ninjas. using Naruto and Sasuke them as examples dont even help!!
Anyways....... everyone in the Akatsuki are really strong no exception but look at some of the people that we all thought were weak or lame or not as strong who defeated these S Rank criminals!!

8.Guy owned Kisame and uses zero ninjutsu!! Guy is Neji's master and Neji is at the same level of skill as Guy maybe even higher. and alot of you are saying its because of Guy's taijutsu that beat Kisame. 9.the Gentle Fist is a taijutsu!!!! it does require chakra but little to none of it. does an Air Palm Strike require chakra?! no. for those who dont know what im talking about check the latest episode of Naruto when Neji's uncle air palm the ish outta someone..
btw think about this.. what could Kisame do after all his chakra points and channels been severed?! swing his sword?! Neji would easily dodge and counter with a Rotation and 64 Palms..

Gentle Fist requires very little chakra. small amounts of chakra is at the fingertips and flow through the opponets body to severe chakra points. and Kisame is nothing without his chakra and sword!! Neji hits Kisame in the right spots. Kisame cant form jutsu or even control his chakra cuz his main points are damaged! Neji and Kisame both have no chakra and Kisame gets owned in a one on one taijutsu match. "facts are facts like it or not "
