This jutsu is a bit tricky. For this, you're going to concentrate your lightning chakra into the sky after forming the required handseals and then maintain your essence there. After that, you need to focus the lightning toward a particular location and then shoot it down like a small bolt O_O

I start to release my Lightning chakra in forms of an electrical essence by shooting little and weak electrical pulses of lighting which are racing towards the clouds above me. When that's done I make the the lighting from the clouds comes racing down and hit the tree to my left

Description: After using a Water Style technique, the user releases a wave of electricity that can electrocute any water within range, electrocuting and knocking back an opponent in contact with the water. When used without a water technique, its power is moderate. The technique can be used extremely quickly, so that it finishes almost in conjunction with the previous jutsu.

*spits out a mass of water and causes the water to spin like a vortex* Now, all you have to do is unleash a wave of lightning. O_O Remember, imagine a surge...like a tree branching out eternally.

Description: The user brings their hands together and an electrical energy will begin to crackle around them. They will then slam their hands to the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. When the current approaches its target, it can split into multiple tendrils to attack separate targets individually.

Alright, put your hands together and concentrate lightning chakra between them. Then, slam your hands on the ground, releasing all of that energy through the ground, causing it to surge out like tendrils. Again, I refer you to the tree branching idea.

Then i jump in the air and slam by hand to the ground

Alright, sorry man....

Let us move on. Like the lightning jutsu earlier whereas you released your chakra into the air to control the clouds, do the same thing for this. However, add more Raiton chakra this time and turn the lightning bolts into pure energy. Direct more than one of these lightning bolts at multiple trees around us.
