Alright.
Proceed to use any water jutsu that creates a water source. Like a lake or something. Cause this water source to touch my clone and the instant it does, put your hands into the water source you created and send a flow of Raiton Chakra through it to shock my clone.

Alright, there is this water move that you will eventually learn. It's a Water move where a Dragon is sent towards the opponent. When it contacts the opponent, you should use this move to send a wave of electricity through your first water move to shock him. You can do this in various other jutsus too.
For this next one, please send Raiton chakra into your hands and charge them up. Once you do so, start whipping your hands around, Raiton chakra still crackling within them and then strike my clone with that to destroy him. -creates clone-

This jutsu comes from Naruto Movie 2. And you had better start learning a few points in RPG or all this training would be moot.
If you charge at someone with electrically enforced hands, you would no doubt engage in a close range combat with him. You could use this jutsu with a clone - distract the enemy with a frontal attack and hit him with another as he is distracted. Keep that in mind now.
Now, for this next jutsu, begin by channeling your Raiton chakra into your dominant hand (the hand you use the most). Then mold the chakra to form a hound-shaped stream of lightning.
Remember to keep a steady line of chakra from the hound to the hand, and then direct the hound to attack this tree near us.

then i use my raiton chakra to create a hound shaped steram of lightning
the i send a steady line of chakra from my hand to the hound

No, just imagine it. It has absolutely nothing to do with your skills. Just a bit of thinking.
If I was close range to you, then you would release that move directly at me as a sort of a surprise attack. Frontal attacks are perfect distractions in a battle. It would be like shoving a Rasengan into someone's face.

Hmm...welcome, back.

Anyhow, for this next jutsu, start by focusing your Raiton chakra from within your body. And then form it to become a spear and then adding a bit of chakra to push it foward, spit it out from your mouth and then continue to guide it with your chakra to split it into several more smaller spears.
Use this attack to hit the trees in front of you.

Hmm...yes. These are what I tend to call "two in one" jutsus. You'll learn more about it later.
Let's start by focusing on an image of yourself. Then, begin replicating that image of yourself through chakra. Release your chakra next to you and then manipulate it to become a form of yourself. Work on getting it perfect and solid.
Remember to focus purely on Raiton Chakra ONLY.
